It's a decent property for family. It's located in a prime location with lot of eateries and branded shops around, including Starbucks. The facing of most of the rooms view are blocked by another building, for which you can not open your room screen. They have a cozy rooftop restaurant, which is good for breakfast.

With regards to the corridoor size where 2 guests can walk comfortably has been designed so that we can get more space for our rooms which has balcony. As a boutique 4 star hotel our rooms and corridoors are as per the required standard. The swimming pool which is on the rooftop and open to the sky is designed as per the space available and specially considering families with small kids who too can enjoy during their stay. We do instruct our guests to wear proper swim wear or else the water clarity gets impacted. Please be advised we have taken the feedback on board and will definitely work on the same. I would like to share the reason why we donot allow delivery person to visit guest rooms: As per the hotel policy and safety of our guests staying in our hotel we donot allow any delivery person to go to the rooms to delivery parcels which can be a concern to other guests safety. Most of the food parcel which we receive will not have room numbers and the delivery person gives the parcel at our reception desk saying the client who has ordered the food will collect it and no other details are shared. Which makes it difficult for us to get the parcel delivered or call the guest to check if they have ordered any parcel without any details. Our F&B service team does provide Crockery & Cutlery to guests who order food on online platforms, if you can let me know what issue you faced in the room service we will certainly look into it and necessary action will be taken. With regards to the online parcel delivery we are very particular on following our standard operations process for all our guests safety. Thank You

Stayed one night with my better half, on the 18th July, 2025. Nice hotel in a good location in the city . Staff members are helf full. Room was clean. Top floor restaurant's food was tasty. Felt secured. But no Bar facility was there.
