don't have bucket 🪣 in bathroom very disappointed 😞 Hotel very disappointed

the rooms are quit small. didn't expect it to be that small otherwise every amenities are provided and the service was also good. while booking an ac room expect just one or two feet space around the bed and a tiny bathroom.

I went around 12 for check in and there was a delay for 15 min. That was fine. but next day there was no water and we waited for 2 hour. when ever we call them they will tell 5 min for everything and took long time. we requested for coffe and followup 2 times because of the delay and when we checked out they said an additional amount of 1800 to be paid. i asked for detailed breakdown and they said 250 to be paid again i asked for brekadown finally they said i have to pay 150 for cofffee

HOTEL IS EXCELLENT BUT STAFF NOT FRIENDLY. THE FOOD IS ALSO GOOD...LOCATION IS IDEAL. THERE IS A CHARGER ELECTRIC CAR NEARBY. WE LOVED THE STAY AND UN HAPPY WITH STAFF BEHAVIOUR

It was a average hotel. I booked the hotel with free breakfast and paid the extra price for the breakfast and on the arrival the hotel told us they don’t serve the breakfast. And it’s misleading when you wrongly describe the details in hotel amenities. That’s why I am not making any booking through your site and making the booking of the hotel on my own.

The rooms had leakage sinks in bathroom. The prior day to my check in when I called the manager did not oblige to welcome me or make me feel comfortable about my stay the next day. I wanted water I called up the reception; they don’t care to even pick up the call. Did not like the stay there . Do not recommend me such hotels any more.

One of the highlights was the clean and well-maintained bathroom. Additionally, the environment was peaceful with no noise disturbances, which made for a relaxing stay .
