the campus is wonderful but the service is not upwot the mark. had to follow up several times for some basic service needs

Resort room is not clean and bathroom is not what you are showing in images service is very poor room ac doesn't work properly they have very old ac. Food is too expensive as per service and taste. Only breakfast is okay

Absolutely loved the service and hospitality at Jalmahal Resort. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

Very uncomfortable stay due to broken flush. Extension and AC was not working properly. Even though we complaint multiple times, they couldn't fix the issue to change the room. They didn't have enough space to accommodate guest for breakfast. Would not recommend anyone fot this resort anymore

Very nice property with lots of greenery and courteous staff. Divya was very helpful to give us room of our choice. I find all staff very helpful and polite and ready to help. Place is clean and breakfast was very delicious. Only one improvement suggestion could be put some glasses in bath area so that bathroom can be dry and clean.

the property is wonderful with all kind of facilities. Mr. yashwanth was superb executive and made our experience memorable.

Maintenance of resort and room is not so good and too late response for room service .

Though resort ambience is good, rooms are pathetic. Basic amenities are not available in the room and are not tidy as well. Fridge in the elegance room was stinking. Service was pathetic. Overall not for value hotel.

Stay wasn't the best, the staff wasn't interested in any feedback especially the reception. The most premium room had a faulty ac, broken restroom equipments, foul smell and cockroaches They had no solution and was a waste of money. The only reason giving it a 2 star is because of its location

JAL Mahal Resort is very good in terms of locality, hygiene, food is really good at its best. I have visited many resorts and you can see a wide range of options for complimentary breakfast. Rooms are clean and neat. You can enjoy both indoor and outdoor games.overall a good and pleasant stay .

Food is very normal where we don’t have more options and the quality is not great as well. Location is lil far from the central city. Facilities again is normalcy

We had a great stay at Jal Mahal Resort & Spa, Mysuru. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very courteous. The food was amazing, especially the Dosa at their Mysuru Café, which was a real treat! Lovely property and peaceful location. Will definitely return for a leisure trip.

Jalmahal is located in a quiet, secluded area, far from the hustle and bustle of the city—perfect if you're looking for a peaceful getaway. However, the rooms we stayed in felt quite small, with very little space to move around. At ₹4,000 per room, the size and overall feel did not meet expectations. While the room was clean, the bathroom was small and just about average in terms of cleanliness. The swimming pool was decent, but it was disappointing to see guests entering the pool without proper swimwear, which is a big no for me. On a positive note, the pool caretaker was proactive in ensuring guests took a shower before entering the pool. We had snacks and beer— the vegetarian platter was quite good, but the chicken dish we ordered was below par. Breakfast was average, although the egg preparation stood out and the filter coffee was above average. Fresh towels were provided, which was appreciated. The resort does offer recreational facilities like cricket, volleyball, and shuttle courts, making it a good choice for team outings or group activities. Indoor games are also available, which adds to the overall experience. Overall, Jalmahal has potential, especially for group events, but there are a few areas that need improvement.
