Galore Inn Mysuru

The property is pleasant and comfortable. However, it lacks an in-house restaurant, and the parking space is limited. Due to insufficient parking capacity, I had to park my vehicle on the roadside.

Very disappointing experience. The maintenance and front desk support were extremely poor. The washroom was in an unhygienic condition and clearly not cleaned. The hotel did not have a proper wet mop for floor cleaning — the floors in both the room and washroom were sticky. The bed sheet and blanket cover were not changed before check-in and were in bad condition; we had to request the staff to replace them in our presence. The next day, even after asking for room cleaning, the washroom remained wet and dirty, and used towels were left lying around. Overall, the property lacks even basic hygiene and cleanliness. I would not recommend staying here until they improve their maintenance and housekeeping standards.

no food available, also i did one day early checkout, but he (the manager) didn't give any partial refund the restaurant (rooftop) was closed not operating also limited service

Arrived at the hotel at 11:30 PM. The reception handled check-in efficiently, and the room was comfortable with a great view overlooking the city. Location is a bit far but given the traffic we reached the hotel quickly.

The property is located on the main road and well connected to the city. It is neat and well maintained. Rooms are clean. The staff is helpful. They don't have any in-house restaurants.

It was really good,and super service.i was really like it

1. Hotel is in a good location in the outskirts of city limits. Not too far nor too near. 2. ⁠Very neat and tidy reception and room, gives the guest a warm and welcoming feeling. 3. ⁠Breakfast was very good with multiple choice Could notice the F&B manager handling situation/ guest extremely well. 4. ⁠The parking facility is limited compared to the number of guests the hotel can accommodate. Roadside parking available. 5. ⁠No folding cot for extra bed facilities. Will have to sleep on mattress on the floor. 6. ⁠Seems to be a Veg Restaurant as there were no eggs for breakfast. As Veg options were fantastic, did not check for eggs. 7. ⁠Front office staff could be more pleasing with a smile and pleasent talks. It was like “Talk less Work more attitude”. Check in and check out got over in a flash…. No fuss at all.

The rooms seemed clean, but there were cockroaches in the mat flooring I removed at least 6 cockroaches in a span of 2 days I had the same problem last time and had reported it to the desk. There was a security but they did not even help to carry the luggage and everyone expects tips

Toilet was not good

Food was ultimate for the first time in my life travel was served with typical sambar for idli an mix vegatable gravy for set dosa it was mild as we prepare in house bangalore an mysore side good experience the person who handled the complimentary Breakfast was too down to earth felt like home

friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and convenient location. the overall experience good value for the price paid

Beautiful place and staff.. heater wasnt working. Food taste was average. Its all for north indian types. No much salt n spicy. 3star for the stay

Rooms were clean and neat but there is no restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast served was below average with not much optins

hotel rooms are good and it is located in residential area but the food( breakfast) which they offered is not upto the mark and serving breakfast with small quantity even though there is a large number of audience waiting and the did not serving whatever you ordered just for name sake they have taken the orders but not serving food even though if you wait 30 minutes. overall morning breakfast is experience is worst

Hospitality was worst, AC was not working properly, Parking issue

The rooms are good but the hospitality of staff is bad . No one was there to help us park the car nor with the luggage. No one will even show /drop you to room. Receptionist just gave us the key and made us wait long long before that as he was busy on call. They flatly denied that they don’t have bottled water or arrangement of any kind . No toiletries kept. Very bad experience. Didn’t have anyone to help with luggage or assist for the room. No water bottle. Just bare minimum room is available for lot of money instead can book other hotels.

hotel was very good., hygienic and well maintaned. staffs well behaved and good vehicle parking facility.

rooms are good and traffic disturbance also less near by private busses pickup and dropping point also available
