KSTDC Hotel Mayura Hoysala Mysore

Rooms are small, NO Wi-Fi working, exhaust fan malfunction, NO mirror in living room, intercom malfunction, location beautiful but noisy, mattress springs very loose, very uncomfortable, food very good.

Location and food was good but the room showed is not matching, no room service, no geyser or hot water, no mixer for hot and cold, they could not supply even hot water for bath. The mug in the toilet and mat were dirty, non-ac rooms are located far away from main enclosure, nobody to look after the guests, very pathetic service

Great property with an excellent location. We will have hot water in the early morning by 5 AM, but there are some commode issues.

Hotel Mayura Hoysala offers clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location near Mysore’s main attractions. A comfortable and budget-friendly stay with good food.

The heritage room was not spacious. The room in the new building was quite spacious . Overall our stay was comfortable. The location of Mayura is excellent close to Railway station , the Palace, Cauvery emporium, Guru sweets . Complimentary breakfast , was good.

hotel people have not given good room for first day. After asking to change the room, they have given good room on second day. They told that they have not received any intimation/money from you. After check in our stay for first day, received intimation from you. first day, they have not changed the room and next day, we have given good room after repeated request.

The Location is very good just 5 minutes from Mysore junction and food is good. The hotel run by KTDC is professionally maintained. Moreover ample Car Parking is available, which is sine qua non these days

The room stay was good. But hot water was not there in the bathroom. It's rainy season and the water was cold. It was difficult to get a bath for kids. Otherwise everything was good.

We stayed for a one night there with my family, We all enjoyed the stay there are few backdrops that need to be taken notice of immediate response Hot water is not available after 6 AM travelling with senior citizens was difficult to manage since we were travelling in Rainy ☃️ season, felt bad after informing to reception at 6.15 AM that Hot water is not available, paying an hefty amount for the stay there is no complimentary tea or food remarks as KSTDC STAY has to offer some complimentary or discount, Suggestion Hot water facility should be for 24 hours and complimentary Food so the customer can happily stay and visit again.

everything was good. the rooms for non ac are not satisfactory. the view of all these rooms are facing backside n only a wall can be seen we go to njoy our stay n have a nice feeling to the eyes too. area wise, distance wise everything is well connected. this was my 2nd experience.

The room seemed to be prepared long before it was handed over to me. The towels were dirty and probably the bedsheets were also not changed. The most terrible part is the bathroom was invested with huge cockroaches. Very badly maintained. I am highly disappointed with the management of such a property with high potential. It was a horrible experience

"We had a very pleasant stay at Mayura Hoysala. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were clean, well-kept and very comfortable. My wife and son especially loved the hotel and felt at home throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience and we would be happy to visit again.

Overall a good hotel. No complimentary breakfast available. Food and servic in the restaurant is good.

I would rate it an average stay. We stayed in the Heritage suite (Room 22) The check-in time was 1 p.m., but when we reached the hotel at 1 p.m., the room was not ready and we had to wait for around 20 minutes to get in. Since the hotel check-out time is 11 pm, I wonder why they can't get rooms ready on time. Even after the wait, we found that the room wasn't cleaned properly and the bedsheets provided were not fresh (either had stains or had hair on them). However, on complaint, they were changed. The washrooms weren't clean at all and the floor of both the rooms were unclean too. The view from the room is nothing great, looks into a somewhat busy road outside and the ambience isn't peaceful. Even with doors and windows fully shut, you can hear a lot of outside noise. The complimentary breakfast was good, but there were issues with the hygiene of the dining room as it had flies all over. The washroom in the Heritage suit didn't have hot water. About the hotel staff: they were courteous and helpful. Overall, I won't recommend this place as we can find cleaner and better maintained options in Mysore at this price point. The only advantage of Mayura Hoysala is its proximity to all the tourist sites, markets and fine dining outlets.
