The place was so nice and clean. Ankit Yadav made check in process easy and simple.

Worst Management by the reception person I informed him that I booked but the person was so rude while checking in and gave an improper room to stay

Best hotel in budget, friendly staff and excellent services. The rooms are spacious, ventilated and all clean

The location of the hotel is good nearby to the bus stand which made it more accessible. The room service and all the amenities were as expected being good. The food was really delicious and fulfilling.I think the room was not what was shown in the pictures but overall the hotel provided good services with Very responsive staff.

We booked non smoking room . We got fully smoking smell room. Two rooms changed still the same experience . No drinking water , no hot water in bathrooms . We planned next day 5 am to city visit , we failed to go due to no hot water . We thought of extending stay , with other choice we vacated the room by 6.30am. The tha hotel is in very interior and no proper place for parking and totally to Mysore was and you may give but you can not give my valuable family time . Entire night we ended up by getting smoking smell with dirty pillows . Thanks

It was last minute plan to stay at livaana The hospitality was excellent.. Overall the experience was so good.. Food was also good and i loved the roof top pool and the games area.. Also room was clean,cozy and well maintained

good rooms with basic facilities.. but not provide us free extra bed as mentioned by hotel manager..we booked room for 2 adult and 2 childs

The location is near the bus stand and they have a swimming pool also it's very good and the room also spacious.very nice

Facility acceptable but parking facility very poor, location congested and food quality very bad. Staff very cooperative and pleasant.

Fan regulator not working. Only full speed worked. AC not cooling enough. No soft tissues in washroom. No mineral water. Narrow parking lane. No timely response from reception. Had to take down the luggage myself after waiting for help. Small room. Overall poor service and hospitality.

Nice stay, loved the ambience and the management is proactive, location is nearer to busstand and mysore palace overall i loved the stay!

Very poor hospitality, no proper car parking, very average stay, small road poor location. Higher price for poor quality service.

The room was good but the amenities were limited. Everything was chargeble, even a bottle of water. Complimentary tea was also Machine made. The parking facility was very narrow and lane had limited capacity for parking a car.

The services from the employee are good. Have the hot water facility, ac, wifi, parking. Only thing is wifi was slow and the road is little congested.

Pleasant stay with affordable price. Peace full place but little inside. Recommend for budget and property is well maintained
