Property location good. Food available nearby just 100 metres, but not in hotel. Towel provided but water bottle not provided. No provision for hot water for drinking. In washroom hot water available.

Location wise the hotel is perfect to stay in mysore but services are poor. You have to fill water by your own in own bottles from ground floor, no soaps shampoo provided, rooms are quite small in size. Overall average. If your budget is small go for this.

Rooms and bedding can be more clean. But it's okay we could manage and changed bedsheets when asked. Receptionist was good and staff behaviour also good.

Should have mentioned what size cot they put in the room. Only three can accommodate.

it was a pleasure staying in royal suvarna comports in mysuru one point i would like mentioned in 304 the tv was not working properly. rest all was good.. everything was good except the tv issue in my stay

Hotel was not so good. Ot was really smelly and moreover aminities are not provided like bath towel, geyser heater nothing was there. Its just mess in the whole stay. No bath soap was available and unwashed bedsheets are there. No hygiene stay in the hotel

We stayed there for 2days. Room was clean and spacious. Owner was really good.

The location is very good, but the condition of property is very poor according to the price. The interiors were very old, bathrooms were very unfinished. Everything was acceptable just nothing impressive according to the price

We spotted small cockroaches n tight doors in the room but it's ok as we wanted a lighter accommodation as we want to explore mys. This is manageable for bachelors, may not be ok for family. Staff are courteous and friendly

1. The room was near and small, sufficient for a temporary stay. It's only for basic stay purpose. No luxury to be expected. 2. Attender raj is extremely friendly person. 3. They typically charge 1000 per day 4. Bath room is well cleaned and maintained. However, as the floor connecting the washroom and main room is on the same level, the water while bathing entered into main room. So, just be careful while in washroom. 5. Food was not served. This is a basic lodge. Many good restaurants are nearby. One can explore mysuru. 6. Location of the property takes around 10 min of. Travel in auto from suburban busstand. 7. As mysuru is well dependent on tourism income, people are very welcoming in nature. 8. We booked a rapid o auto from busstand to the hotel. Autos charge very reasonably as compared to other inflated prices in bangalore. For 3 kms, they charge 40-70 depending on your request or bargaining skills. 9. Inf-act one can talk to a an auto for the whole day. They request around 1500 for the whole day and will tour you the whole mysuru important places.
