Terrible Stay
No proper service and reception person doesn't know how to respond to calls talking rude etc.. Food not good

Very bad stay in the hotel and one of the worst hotels in mysore no proper internet in the rooms and no maintenance in the building not suitable for family very bad reception person breakfast the food was serving with bad smell and not a proper presentation of food

Room was dirty .. not proper cleaned ... we booked club suite & paid hefty amount still got the dirty room

The property looks rundown, the AC made a loot of noise , requested for a change no response , and towels , was looking for a good stay , how it was earlier ... completely disappointed . The reception was good and

Room is neat and clean and had all the expected amenities. Will suggest you to book with dinner which is worth the additional couple of hundreds

Adequate drinking water was not supplied. Room service not available round the clock. Driver was insulted.

Very old Property don't get cheated by stars. it's not 3 star hote
1. During check-in, we waited nearly 20 minutes in the lobby without anyone acknowledging or assisting us. 2. The property is very old and poorly maintained—worn-out linens, outdated furniture, and an uncomfortable lobby. 3. The buffet was delayed, and basic amenities were missing—no water jugs or finger bowls on tables. We had to pour water ourselves into paper cups. Washroom mirrors were rusted, and the elevators consistently smelled unpleasant. no welcome drink was given to us. not even a glass of water was served as soon as we reached hotel

The experience was good. Had a great stay for a couple of days. The room was well maintained. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was well maintained. Looking forward to stay in hotel Preethi international again during my next trip to mysuru

Worst experience
no proper room service, no welcome drink, no meal was available when we checked in, it was around 3pm and they said call us at 7.30pm for food.

The hot water was not working. Bathroom was dirty. The closet doors were broken. There was no complimentary water when we arrived in the room.
