The hotel is clean but the surroundings are terrible! A stand alone building amidst garbage dumps!

Very bad condition no room clean service no proper washing towels and blankets and pillows are smelling

I booked a total of 3 rooms, but I got only 2 rooms; they only provided 2 rooms, and they didn't provide the extra room as well. We slept on the floor on a very stinky and dirty mattress. They did not even provide a pillow and blanket. Even two drunk (alcohol) guys enter the room and search for the mattress. I really feel insecure with family in this hotel. If you are with the family, please do not choose this hotel. My money is wasted

Just Don't Book the room at this Hotel. 1. *Lack of Basic Amenities: The room I was allotted didn't have a Bathroom & they asked me to use the Common Toilet & Bathroom! 2. *Rude Staff: The hotel staff displays rude or unprofessional behavior, making the stay uncomfortable. 3. *Hidden Charges: The hotel demands additional money upon arrival or during the stay despite having paid the full amont 4. *Poor Cleanliness: The room and common areas are not clean, which can be a health and comfort concern. 5. *Misleading Advertisements: The hotel’s online description and photos do not match the actual conditions of the property. 6. *Unresponsive Customer Service: Difficulty in reaching or getting help from customer service for booking issues or during the stay. 7. *Inadequate Security: Lack of security measures, making guests feel unsafe. 8. *Noisy Environment: Excessive noise from inside the hotel or nearby areas disrupts sleep and relaxation. 9. *Lack of Wi-Fi or Poor Connectivity: No Wi-Fi provided or very slow internet, affecting convenience and productivity. 10. *Uncomfortable Beds: Poor quality beds and bedding, leading to discomfort and poor sleep quality.

The worst experience. Everything was dirty. Staff not responding. They should not be even allowed to run this hotel. Someone should close it. Fully fake.

Worst experience in indra comfort very bad. Service after i paid the money , when i went to checkin, they demanded to give me the money again. Even after paying again. They told us that the room was not available and delayed us for an hour and then sent us to another hotel.

even after booking single room with attached bathroom when reached at the hotel we were told that booking is wrong they dnt copnsider that booking and we were charged extra later we were told to share room with one no attached bathroom with other people . tv was not working washroom was in pathetic condition no towel was provided even after reminding many times . it was very unsafe area for everyone receptionist was so rude that she was not ready to accept our booking and said online booking is no use company does that for their good. this was our first oyo hotel where we had such a bad experience . it dint look at all safe for family itlooked like a third grade cheap lodge were illegal activities take place

Guys if you are coming to Mysore please for the sake of God do not check in here, the manager is too rude and will just spoil your mood. The location is fine we reached at 10:30 when we were denied early check in and asked for extra money for the same. We decided not to pay and for 11 then the issue of our booking not showing up started. We were getting late for our day plans and hence asked them if we can keep our bags and go which can later be shifted when the room is available. They took our ids and started the checkin process we left and came back around 5 pm. On arrival we were given a room and a hall with beds separated by a hanging bed sheet (picture below) and said since you are all girls its okay you can stay like that. For gods sake we have booked two rooms please effing give us. If we needed a hall or a dorm or a shared room we would have booked that. They be like “madam humare liye toh yehi room hain aapko nahi pasand to ap mat raho” The special room is room no 001 just beside the reception no privacy at all, the moment you open the door you will find people staring at you. And look at the bed sheets the way the room is prepared for guest. Its just shows this is suitable for people who come to Oyo.

Stay warm terrible as cleanliness not proper

When reached hotel, service desk person said rooms are overbooked via app and no rooms available. Forced to pay additional 2k and asked to move to another so called hotel which was very bad in condition. Not clean rooms, stained walls and bedsheets. No towels, no toiletries, no tv. Broken doors, no response from the persons in charge. Total waste of money

Don’t book this property. They just scammed people. After booking they told yes your booking is confirmed after reaching hotel they charge more money. I have booked hotel at 2700- for 2 days after reached they charge 800- extra for per day and also on that price they provide me a single bed with single blanket. Bathroom also not cleaned properly. Don’t book this property.

Don't book if you're a couple or family. I wanted to cancel the booking after seeing the location. But make y trip offered no refund for the same. I ended up going to another hotel.

Room was denied after waiting for an hour, was guided towards another property where i had to wait for another hour, but faced hassle there as well. Mmt has become unreliable these days as they weren't able to help me whilst i had to loiter in an unknown place for a night's stay even after a confirmation and payment of my booking.

As they didn’t allow us to stay there they told us we are fully occupied. They told who will give u rooms for this price
