Rooms had very odd smell Rooms very very small and congested compared to photos shown on app No proper room service no one even bothered to pick up the phone in reception Non responsive folks Very bad choice of hotel for the money paid

Stay was good. They served pure veg food and which was excellent. Staff was very helpful and supportive.

Horrible experience. I am sleeping and someone opens the door and walks in at 1 Am - because the reception gave a key to my room assuming my room is something else. Too noisy and low quality place. Will never look at this place again

staff was courteous. they upgraded our room and all the facilities inside room were great. breakfast was good, can be better. enough space for parking, safety. many options available for food..pizza, south indian, north indian, chinese.etc... banquet hall is also available. a little far from main city(4-5km), but that should be fine considering thatthe traffic is not as much... s

The location was nice and the food was enjoyable, but the amenities listed on the bill were not provided. Additionally, we requested water bottles twice, but they were not given to us despite multiple follow-ups. We had to go down to the restaurant ourselves to finally receive them. Even in the restaurant, water was not served and when we asked for sauce, it was not served properly. Furthermore, the room was not cleaned properly.

initially what we booked the rooms they didn't gave those room then have to complaint with them which they were reluctant after which need to complaint to make my trip after which they gave than afterwards they gave the rooms but then they didn't provide the toiletries and towel properly

Staff is cooperative door keys issue is there overall good stay house keeping without concern of guest presence

The room did not have Ac they have no alternative to this and the service was poor

While booking it was showing that within 2.5 km from palace and railway station . However it was far from the main city and station As mentioned, it was not 2.5 km away from railway station or palace

Food is served very late limited staff.. hotel rooms r neat..location is close by to many eateries .. shopping centers..tv inside hotel is limited only for few channels ... not even local channels available.. on Ind vs pak match they didn’t have any channel broadcast.. even DD sports were not available... not Kannada friendly... most of their r non local.. I have already shared the reviews

Cleanliness Ok.There is some dust in floor matt.Bathroom Door lock not working properly.Bucket and Mug Not available in Bathroom.BreakFast is Good.Staffs Responses are Good.Overall Experience is Not Bad.But Not upto Expected Level.
