I booked classic room for 3 days in a offer prize and when I check in they allotted me below average non ac small room.

staffs are good there was no food zero percent hygiene very bad cleaning is also very bad parking available

The room was not so well maintained, no cupboards, no hot water to bath, etc, it's not worth wat we paid we could get more better room than this one.

I didn’t stay in this hotel they are telling booking is not valid I am long tie waiting in the road with my family

No hot water no toilet blobs no a/c working no drinking water only have filter staf

Don’t believe the pics they have posted, rooms are unclean and they had covered beds with used bedspread and washrooms are terrible, they will first ask you for your id’s for checking in them demand more money for stay

Room was not tidy. Had booked ac room but was given room without ac. At first was refused to give different room and they tried to fix the ac but did not work. Later after requesting multiple times they changed and this room was much worse. Water was leaking from every tap in bathroom, there was no hot water at 8:30 in the morning. Asked to change the pillow but was told they don't have spare to change. However, they had spare to change for different room guests. The paint on walls were worst. Had no choice but to take it because i didn't want to argue with them. Did not have good experience. I spent most of time outside the hotel because of the room condition. Stay was fine but there is no room service. Some staff were not very friendly. Took extra money apart from what i paid to book on make my trip and refused the receipt for that payment.

No hot water on time, no remote for ac. Not worth.

The telecom service is not in function, no drinking water supply, I was irritated by random persons knocking the door nearly 10 times a day, I stepped down 2 floors to fetch drinking water, bad experience ever, the hotel looks nice but service was very poor, 1st they denied our booking, we were allowed to stay after arguments between the hotel management and us- who traveled from long distance to seek good quality time in Mysore.

We stayed here for one night and the experience was really nice especially the staff behavior.

1) Very poor quality room. 2) No proper amenities. 3) Geyser not available. Hot water available, only 7.30 am to 9 am as per hotel management but 8.15 onward hot water not available. It's my personal experience. 4) Breakfast timing, 8 am to 10 am. But hotel management not informed or guided. 5) Lift facility not available. Our room allotted at 3rd floor. It's very difficult for pregnant ladies and unhealthy persons. 6) Room service not available. 7) Telephone not working, which they installed in room. 8) Bed quality and bed-sheets, blanket are not good or hygienic. 9) Mirror not available with room or restroom. 10) No proper cupboard available. 11) Cupboard they replaced with slab. Not clean. 12) TV not working conditions. 13) AC also not working properly. 100% worth less, they charged good amount per day. Best in hotel: Fan is working properly and if any one want to feel pathetic experience, please visit.

Not Worth for money, no room service, room not clean. No hot water supply.

Not at all Worth as per the rate charged, no cleanliness, bed pillows dirty hygiene issue, no hot water, staff not cooperative, reception desk staff rude, Complimentry bf was not ready on mentioned time we had to request to serve bf keep us waited, third class service

The hotel staff was cooperative, the hotel is very nice for stay.

Manager and staff were not customer friendly. They were not even ready to give us free breakfast which we paid for.

They didn't give not even one towel. And no water bottle. No room service. Tv is simply waste not working at all.
