The property is decently maintained, but had started to show its age. No valet available at the property and the food was 7/10.

Great Reception Service, Great renovated Rooms, Fantastic Room Fittings, 50 inch TV -HD Channels TATASKY, Fantastic Hot continious hot water in washrooms, well designated Toiletries. Fabulous Pool, Freebie complinentary two pints beer at Lobby Bar. Supersonic Dining packages, Buffet Dinner is out of this world, vast, variety, ranges from salads n soups right up to a multitude of sweets n' ice-cream. As if that wasn't enough, the buffet breakfast ROCKS, Goan touch with chicken xacuti, Bacon, eggs TO, Dosa TO, Huge spread, mind-blowing! Great safe parking, great Room maintenance service. This has become an icing cherry on the cake property, after its renovation.

Staff is very good and poliet food taste is also very awesome house keeping service is too late property is all awesome Major problem is they don't have facility of valet parking

Staff was little rude and did not like the breakfast at all. They served cold breakfast shortage of plates and too late at room service for anything you need. Double tree had poor room service sheets were not clean properly and mini fridge as well. Staff was little rude. And breakfast was not good at all.

Location of the prorperty was very good, live area, comfortable, hotel service is good, quality of food is amazing Only concern was valet parking facility was not available.

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff – they were extremely kind, courteous, and always available whenever needed. Their attentiveness and warm approach really made the stay feel special. I also enjoyed the pool area, which was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxation. Overall, my stay was delightful and memorable. DoubleTree by Hilton perfectly combines comfort, great service, and a relaxing environment. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and enriching stay.

Hotel is good , but the taxi drivers inside the hotel are very bad they are abusing and not talking ia a good way with us . If we bring taxi from outside they don’t allow it , and the taxi price they offer is too costly compared with outside taxis. The hotel doesn’t provide midnight taxi service also .

The location was alright. There’s a big board outside the property that was helpful. The breakfast was okay. Not every item was at its best. For example- the parathas were half cooked and felt like we are chewing the flour itself. The options in bakery were wholesome. The room service was good. Ramen made sure that stay was comfortable. I’ll give it a 3.5/5

The stay was excellent , I couldn’t extend it as it was sold out due to the Independence Day long weekend - but from check in to checkout everything was just perfect . Got to checkout at 2:30pm without being irritated by the front desk . Will stay here again for sure

Room is good, spacious and balcony is also good. Wi-Fi is not connected to TV and it is slow even for mobile and no exhauster in washroom apart from those over all is very good

The hotel is well maintained and has a great location near Baga and Anjuna Beach. Our room was overlooking a Lagoon and garden. Breakfast and lunch/dinner was also great with lots of options.

Peaceful location, spacious, well maintained, clean. Could do with more variety in the breakfast and dinner buffet. A couple of front desk staff need better training and attitude towards guests.

Property was Aptly located near to most tourist spots Breakfast needs lots of improvement Food was average Rooms was spacious but not upto the mark of 5 star Room cleaning starts disturbing by 9.30am disturbing sleep Reception was a bit hostile, but poonam ji in reception always greets with a smile Pool was amazing Parking facilty available Can be considered for booking

Dinner timings were 7-11 as we were out and it was heavily raining outside so we were a little late and called the restaurant and told about them we would be a littl e late! We reached at 11:15pm! They didn’t serve us dinner it was very disappointing 👎🏻 which we had already paid for
