Issues : 1. At this level of Hotel / resort they are not providing vallet parking service. Its really annoying as parking was far away. 2. Very Limited options in Breakfast. 3. On second day of my stay while going out in the Morning I left a message at reception to clean the room but when I reached back at late evening I was welcomed by an unclean room. Positive - Staff is polite at all stations.

Worth the money stay.
Location is really good. It has a private beach and all amenities were really good and only TV unit can be upgraded. Apart from that a walkable distance have a pool view garden view which is really good when you wake up in the morning so overall I would read this property on five. It would be 405.

Poor Stay
My recent trip to Lalit Goa was not a 5 star experience. 1) The property looked old than heritage. 2) The staff was not really helpful. It was rainy in Goa, and many times inside the property we needed umbrellas. Even though the staffs would pass by us doing a namaste, but they didn’t offer any help even though u was travelling with 2 little kids. 3) Though it was called a golf resort, there was no effort from the staff to explain how to avail the facilities, so even though facilities were there we didn’t use it for lack of proper cooperation.4) in the site it was mentioned as location of beach as Baga beach. On reach there we found it was actually Rajbaga which is no where near Baga beach. It was far from any popular destination. 5) The tvs just had Netflix and prime video installed but not connected to any profiles so we couldn’t use any tv if we didn’t have the subscriptions to these apps. Overall I didnt get a good experience. I went because i had a good experience in Lalit in my last visit and hoped Lalit would live up to its name. I would definitely want a partial refund if feasible.

We will reinforce our service training to ensure proactive assistance, such as offering umbrellas and help during showers I’m sorry that there was a lack of guidance on how to access and enjoy the facilities. Our team should provide clear explanations and support upon arrival and during your stay. I regret the confusion about the beach location. We strive for accurate descriptions and will review the listing to avoid any misrepresentation. The Netflix and Prime Video setup without profile access is not acceptable, and I understand how this would be frustrating. We will work with our tech team to ensure devices are usable for all guests, with appropriate login options. Excellent Stay
We had booked the property for my mom s 60th birthday celebration and everything was really amazing. It was clean and despite being heavily booked, we could get our alone time together. Breakfast spread was amazing.

A perfect stay for relaxing and rewinding.Beautiful beach where river meets the sea..very unique..staff service top notch..they go extra lengths to make u feel comfortable..especially naresh,the pool boy was very helpful..amazing breakfast spreads..food at the restaurants also great. Poor Service Experience During Stay
I faced a couple of disappointing experiences. During breakfast, I was first asked to sit inside the restaurant, but shortly after another waiter told me to move outside as they were closing. This was quite confusing and inconvenient. I also requested coffee, but was told it was closed, even though I could clearly see the coffee counter still operating. At checkout, I called the operator for luggage pickup and waited for almost an hour, but no one came. Eventually, I had to carry my luggage myself all the way from my room to the gate. Such service lapses really affect the overall guest experience, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve service quality

Good experience
Beautiful property with very limited food options. Proximity to the beach is one the best thing this property offers. But was a bit disappointed in their food options, even after having 3-4 separate restaurants, most of the menu was unavailable.

It's Lavish Experience! location is top class. well maintained campus and rooms are super spacious. Food is Delicious but too expensive and overpriced.. Reception staff and in-room dinning team need to be more attentive and cooperative.

Average Stay
Property is good to stay but location is very far from Goa. If you are going on a vacation to explore Goa then a big no to this property you won’t get any feel of Goa if you stay here. It’s same as any other resort in any other city where you’ll get a good stay and peaceful environment. Their breakfast was very good, other than that we ordered Chinese which was very good but evening snacks and tea which we ordered was very bad and highly overpriced. They don’t have any taxi arrangement for any pickup drop we took local taxi and that’s also a difficult task there. They charge 7000/- just one way drop for 60kms. So if you are going Goa then a big no to this place because of its distance from both the airports. They do have a private beach but no beach shack or restaurant to the beach. 3

Property is great, right infront of the beach, its a sprawling resort with a lots of activities to do , awesome swimming pool as well with drinks being served right in the pool. However I wish it were more clean, cleanliness wise especially the towels , bedsheets I would rate 2/5

Less on the top hospitality, Still Few things that will keep me coming again
Good Property for people who love peace. I visited in monsoon. Their beach shack was closed. No staff at beach. Reception staff is a bit cold. Checkin process is not very warm. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, a bit rustic though. Swimming pools are clean and Food is Good. Especially the Dosa Chef is very warm and welcoming. Their Kids Activity room is very nice and the staff Jayashree was very active and kept kids engaged. Overall i enjoyed my visit there and would consider again.
