My stay at this property was quite disappointing. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow, and the water was always cold – even after complaining, nothing really improved. The floor tiles were sandy/dirty, and overall cleanliness was not maintained well. The customer service was very poor; every time we asked for something, the staff seemed rude and unhelpful, which made the experience unpleasant.
The food also did not match the price they are charging – it could definitely be much better. When customer service is bad, it ruins the entire stay, and unfortunately, that was the case here. Overall, it was an unpleasant stay and I will not be choosing this property again.
