The property is wonderful . There are three massive pools amd a jackuzi. The rooms have natural made bath tub . The pools and everything was clean . The kids club is a delight for the kids . Food variety as well as taste was amazing

I recently had the pleasure of staying at ITC Grand Goa for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and personalized service made us feel special. The property itself is stunning, with beautifully landscaped gardens, direct beach access, and a luxurious blend of Goan charm and modern comfort. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered breathtaking views. Dining was a delight with a variety of restaurants serving exceptional cuisine. The pool, spa, and serene ambience added to the relaxation. Overall, ITC Grand Goa exceeded expectations and created lasting memories.

Excellent Stay
The stay was great. I was touched by the hospitality from day 1 to the last day of the trip. I initially was planning only one day trip but extended for 2 more days on the same property. The staff was very good ar thier job, cera, divya, cynena, javed, neha , olga all made sure we were comfortable. The cooking was blend of uniqueness , the menu was versatile. Overall i would definately visit the property again its a relaxing heaven.

beautiful property
The property is beautiful with a private beach. Lots of activities to do for the kids. The breakfast buffet spread and taste could have been much better, this is something that could be worked on, rest the entire stay was comfortable

My bestest Goa stay experience
Spa experience was too good. Buffet Breakfast and Dinner was great - we enjoyed the food and services from team. Room service and in-room dining requests were catered quick. Pool was very clean and huge so enjoyed the solace and as well as some fun time with strangers. Reception staff was very polite and helpful. Pickdrop service from airport was very nice with cabs in great condition.

This is my second time staying at ITC, and I'm thrilled to say that ITC Grand Goa exceeded my expectations once again! Chef Yogesh and Chef Glen truly outdid themselves with their culinary masterpieces, making our stay even more memorable. A huge shoutout to Olga for the warm welcome and infectious smile that set the tone for our visit. And to Aftab, our server, for being attentive and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Consistency is key, and ITC has nailed it! Preety basic stay. Everything was just okay. Nothing is worth 20k/night in off- season . Staffs were helpful. MMT does not have any authority to guaranteed late check out even they claim it while booking the resort.

I will say it’s an average stay for the price paid, the property has gone quite run down . Though it’s huge and grand with good access to beach. Did not get late checkout as per MakeMyTrip black commitment mentioned in package of stay

The cleanliness and upkeep of the property was truly commendable, making every corner feel fresh, serene, and inviting. A special mention for the amazing food—every meal was a delightful experience! Whether it was the buffet breakfast, poolside snacks, or the fine dining options, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The room was lagoon view and it had a sunken bathtub which was very good. the beach is clean and just 5 minutes from the room. the food is of great quality and staff are too cooperative. Excellent Stay
It was a luxury stay with beautiful landscaped gardens and water bodies. It was calm peaceful and relaxing stay. The food could have been better as per the standards of the property and the beach side bar could have been kept open even if it was rainy season as it happens with other 5 star properties. Hospitality was very good and they even managed to give us packed breakfast at 4:30 am as we had an early flight. Looking forward to visit again
