Unpleasant Experience Due to Repetitive Food and Closed Pool
I recently stayed at Lemon Tree Amarante and while the property has a good location and pleasant ambience, my overall experience was below expectations. One major drawback was the food options – the menu felt repetitive and lacked variety, especially for guests staying multiple days. For a resort of this category, I expected more diverse and flavorful choices. Another disappointment was that the swimming pool was not operational during my stay, which was inconvenient as it is one of the main attractions for relaxation, especially in Goa’s climate. The staff was courteous, but these issues significantly affected the overall stay experience. With improvements in food variety and timely maintenance of facilities, the property could offer a much better guest experience.

Poor Stay
Location : It's not beach side property. Far away from the beach & very bad access to the beach. Amenities : Main swimming pool was not working. It was under maintenance. Room door lock issue was there we have to come down to reception 5 times. Food : Breakfast spread was good but quality OK OK.

Bad experience
Worst dinner served. They serve to ala- carte more than the people who already book with MAP. If you ll order food you will get after 45 mins even during breakfast timing. Even after paying for everything you will have beg them for everything. Laundry service is good there and check-in team but they do not give friendly environment. Worst experience. We booked this property because of their pool but it was not operational. So I would rate it in negative. Coz with a 6 month old baby you need better services. After coming from other hotels, We payed the most at lemon tree and got the worst

The stay was average, the back door which is being used to go to the beach we saw snakes there. Also, they do not provide room service during the checkout morning the check out timing is of 11:00 Am, they're supposed to provide basic amenities. However, we only asked water they didn't provide.

Great stay.
We travelled with our 6 month daughter. Stay was excellent. All the staffs from reception (Sayanti) and specially all the restaurant were too helpful and courtaseous. They made sure our stay is comfortable.

Terrible Stay
this was the worst ever check in process for me. so unpleasant and bad behaviour by the front desk spoiled the entire mood of the holiday. no parking assist. not even bothered to offer welcome drink, when complaint to manager same behaviour, second day comes with apologies after spoiling the Holiday. I don't recommend this property. away from the beach.

Excellent Stay
It was very pleasant experience right from the early check in to the check out. My request for an early check in was fulfilled graciously. House keeping took care of all my needs in the room. Special mention of Ms.Ubaldina. She was excellent. The restaurant service was excellent and extremely customer centric staff. Smiles on their faces through out their services. I noticed that all the staff was ready to walk that extra mile to satisfy the customer. I am impressed. I wish the Gym is made a little bigger. I will be visiting frequently. Thanks.. Adil Ghani

Very nice experience the food and staff is really helpful and polite. Including staff Pappu who really took nice care of our stay and cleanliness, including Sayanti who helped us with everything
