Review Of Park Regis

The in-room dining service is extremely poor. Calls are hardly ever picked up, and whenever I manage to place an order, the food takes almost 2 hours to arrive. This has happened every single time I ordered, which is very disappointing for a hotel of this level. Service needs serious improvement.

Worst stay ever, room was dirty had leakages. Water was dripping, Hotel did not bother to even change the room or do anything to solve the issue.

It was great trip and very safe as arranged via make my trip My trips are always planned on MMT had been a wonderful experience

For mmt customers they dont provide good rooms. They have given me the room in an extreme corner.

Had the worst experience in the hotel, while sleeping the bathroom glass fell down and broke at about 3:30 AM. Next day after complaining about it, room was cleaned but nothing discussed. The day of checkout the whole staff started lashing out loud. As we were getting late to catch flight we had to pay for the glass which we never broke. From victims we became the culprits, thanks to park regis staff

Food was good room was ok no feel of 5 star property even there is no umbrella for rain. But its ok ok hotel.

Park Regis is a very good property. Amazing swimming pool with a dedicated kids pool which is very well maintained. Rooms - are very big with complete amenities like bath tub, good TV, bed, water AC. Location - is prime on the main Arpora road within 20 mins of all major North Goa places. Food - Decent quality food, good breakfast spread for veg. Improvements - During the rains, we didn't have enough umbrellas to come to the reception area. There is no internet connection available for TV. Staff was super helpful and courteous always. Apart from small improvements, it was a really enjoyable experience for a family with kids.

Very good property and good food and very nice facilities and staff was very nice and supportive . Once I reached they welcomed good and gave more option and they did room service two times. They also said good eating spot and location to visit.

My stay was awesome, property was so exilant, very good house keeping, beautiful and peaceful location, feeling nice to choose that property PARK REGIS.

Overall the stay was very good... friendly staff... all the amenities were very good. It's my 3rd time staying there and I loved it this time also.

the stay at the hotel was terrible. as soon as I entered the hotel and went for a face wash the sink was full of water. there were spiders and ants in the room. and the worst thing is they will not allow cabs to enter inside the hotel and one of my friends came in to meet me at the hotel the guards stopped him at the entrance even when I was along with him. i will never recommend anyone to stay here it's not worth it.

After conducting research, I selected Park Regis. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it! The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. I have recommended that others visit Park Regis once, and I can assure you that they will never regret it. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly.
