Hotel is walkable distance from railway station. Toilet was dirty. Blanket had no cover which is not hygienic. Room was too small. There was staff shortage. Staff denied for complimentry 2 hours delay offer present in voucher even though room availability was not an issue

hotel is fine for family and staff behaviour is very friendly. Best part of this hotel is station also 300 meters from amritsar railway station and this area is full of shops and food stall.
