Hotel is good, location is also good. Need to keep washrooms a little tidy. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Review hotel accommodation is good, need improvement in crockery and tv subscription. Rest is ok.

Overall experience is not much good because there was bathroom was not in good condition, I trying to used tap and handle comes in my hand.

Okay kind of hotel however doesn't have too much focus on in hotel eating n cleanliness. Facilities or okay with staff helpful but you have to ask for everything.

Good cottage. It could have been a little cleaner. The staff was courteous and friendly. Right in the heart of the town near to the golden temple. It made our visit to Golden temple easier also. Overall experience at the hotel I would give it 3/5.

Very poor service. I booked a super deluxe room for 2 days during the Dusherra long weekend. The room was not as expected and there are better options than this one. The toilet was not at all clean, broken switches in room and no cleaning during the stay. Ordered breakfast but not delivered. Really Pathetic !!

As per rate its good. One thing I had notice that no drinking water available in the room, always call the stuff members then they arranged this. I think this was boring, because of when you forgot you will in problem when you need some drinking water. A. C was very poor, breathing problem in this room, this is my opinion. Thank you.

I have booked a deluxe room, but there is nothing as deluxe, housekeeping is very poor, bathroom quality is also very bad, even toilet sheet was broken. When I booked the hotel it was fully paid including taxes, but when I asked for the bill they asked for payment of taxes extra.

Good experience ... Nice staff little bit improvement need in service. Location easily tracable .. Limited parking food also average. But overall its good ecperiance and next time also I will stay there.

At the mid of night on 6th september when I reached their hotel with advance booking and having called them twice that I will be reaching hotel at around 11 pm the manager said ok. When I reached there they behaved rudely with me, said that the hotel was overbooked. They told me they would shift me another hotel and asked me to call the taxi. The taxi had gone by then. They asked me to walk to the other side of the highway and put into a dirty inn Mahala inn. The room was dirty with rats all around the bed and some walked on me. I could not sleep the whole night and kept awake with lights on because of the fear of the rats. The clerk in the front desk had gone and the servant type of a boy said he could do nothing. Finally I waited for the day to break and walked off the hotel at 4. 15 pm. The MMT must black list these hotels. They must refund my money. Total frauds these people. I had mailed MMT about the whole episode of suffering but the MMT managers like the hotel managers marked my complaint as resolved to save their skin. Will the senior managers respond to my concern or are they also the same as all these fraudsters.

Good hotel with spacious rooms but amenities provided are not much. Ambience of hotel is nice. Golden Temple, city market and Durgiana Temple all are easily accessible. Mall opposite to the Hotel makes it a perfect location for a short stay.

Average hotel .. Hotel has to improve I its hygiene and sanity .. Especially with the washrooms, hotel rooms are not as like the photographs. It is better to stay outside the core Amritsar to avoid in disciplined traffic, I haven't took food from this hotel so I can't say anything about the food .. Overall I can say its AVERAGE

We stay there last night there very beautiful experience, cooperative staff, great location, no problem for parking, Close to cinepollis as well as Mac the there and nice view from hotel room. Overall Good

Stay at this hotel was average overall.. But need to work on services, food quality and the room as well as cleanliness.. Staff service was not good and as well as food quality... Room was average.

Staff was not allowing us to check in denying that they ended up their contract with makemytrip, so the booking vouchers were of no use. After making a call with makemytrip they allowed us but not before making us wait for 2 hours.
