Room condition is worst. recipient taking too much time to handover room and done booking formalities. and worst part in this booking have non refundable policy.

Provided broken cot, bed and bed sheets very much of stained. There was no hot water. Room boy responses was very bad experience

no cleanliness at all you won't feel like even stay for 5mins dirty rooms, completely dissatisfied

poor arrangements and there was no care taker.after a long wait, cleaning was done and we stayed there.

No proper staff, ac was not working, beds and pillows not cleaned, no proper water supply in bathroom.

I want to change date but there is no option

Staff behavior is rude and reception staff asking about our cast and religion. What is this nonsense. Its the worst experience ever

Booked here as the property was at walking distance to belgaum club and pics looked great. Had a bad first impression. I reached the place and found the lift wasn’t working and it looks like it never worked as there were two wheelers parked and the place was dusty. Carried my luggage two floors up. I reached the reception and there was no one. Waited for 20 mins and saw two people blaming this property and said the service is very bad. One of them asked me if there’s a choice go to an alternate hotel as there’s no hot water and no room service and the front desk person is very rude to talk to. The front desk person arrived after 30 mins and i requested for an early checkin and also asked him about what people expressed. He said i’ll give a temporary room to put the luggage and will record this time as checkin time and you need to checkout at the same time and i agreed and kept my luggage in a temporary room and left the place saying i’ll come back by 12 pm and move into my actual room. Got into the room, found that bathroom light wasn’t working, bed-sheets didn’t look fresh. Since i was out most of the day i didn’t bother too much. When i returned back to the room the guy at the front desk yelled at me saying why are you staying in this room, this is an expensive room and wouldn’t come at the cost you booked and i told him it was allocated to me by the lady at the reception and he called her up to confirm and when he found it was true, he started to yell at her. All in all, i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and avoid booking at this hotel. It was a horrible experience,

Very terrible stay. Stinky and filthy hotel. I don't have ages.

mo one was at the reception and waited almost 15 minutes for the arrogant type receptionist there. Room was atrocious unclean smelly . toilet flash was not working. They didn't change towel or bedsheets pillow cover and lied that they changed but my sense was compelling me to get out of that shit immediately. I picked up my bag and searched other hotels in belagavi. Milan was also ok but I went to Adrash palace which charged but it was worth spending. so please don't ever go to this shit of Pooja residency.

Under maintenance of all the facilities, the rooms stinks and one of the worst experience. Kindly choose different lodge.

Property listed is suit & they provided deluxe room saying only that they have. There is no cleanliness, hygiene. No proper response from receptionist. We vacated room on the same day evng immediately coming from the office. Room used only for keeping our luggage. Will never visit this again & not recommended to anyone.

I paid for hotel but my entry was denied at hotel as rooms got sold out. And hotel was rude asked me to get out from their premises makemytrip took my money but not refunded

Worst service by make my trip to his customer. I book room on make my trip and go hotel. When i reach in hotel receptionist tell me there is no room available. After some discussion i will wait half hour to get room. It is the worst experience i ever seen. Make my trip has worst service.

Rooms to be cleaned properly otherwise rest all facilities are ok. It is located near market area so connectivity is good.

First of all i was denied check in as the front office could not find the booking. Later he gave us a room saying that he will find it. That room was filthy and linens were disgusting and ac was not working ( we had booked ac room). When i asked him about the room he said if you want to stay in the room stay else you can leave and cancel booking. I ended up paying and booking a room at much higher cost. This is a terrible place.

stay was ok. no basic requirements provided in lodge. like drinking water , no bath towel, soap.. just ok after asking only got only soap food also not as expected.

Not worth for the many. Bed sheets were old ones marks are there. Remaining all are fine

Very nice and comfortable stay. Nice amenities provided. Close to shopping area clean rooms good value for money. Would recommend to other guests as well.
