The stay looks abandoned and unused for long. It smells fowl. It is very unclean. Kitchen and fridge has many cockroaches. We could hardly use it. Not recommended to stay for pleasant experience At Goa which spoils the vacation vibes.

It’s a nice property within the budget. Rooms are clean. Ample amount of parking space available. Restaurant is not available at the property however we can order food from outside. Location of the property is good. Only 20 mins to the beach..

I found this property on make my trip. the stay was very good with an affordable price range. We stayed here for 2 days. Rooms was clean and nicely maintained and had a good view from the balcony.

Cozy place. Near to candolim Beach. Decent multicusinie restaurants in the.vicinty. clean and budget friendly rooms, supportive staff. I stayed here on couple of occasions. Would highly recommend.

It is a good hotel, good location, good rooms, but little bit upgrade about the service. We don’t want arrow water . We want mineral water and studio rooms don’t have Have a refrigerator that is a little little things is need to upgrade.

All the rooms were good and very neat.

Excellent accommodation, access to the main road, good 2/4 wheeler parking. Enjoyed this 1 BHK. Special thanks to Mr Joy the caretaker.

Good property, room was clean and hygiene, easy to find location from Google map, property located near beach, Good services.

Room was nice. Location is nice. Only issue was the water getting over by mid night. So in case of early morning washroom use, water was not available till 7. 30-8 am

Rooms are net and clean,enough parking,service is good , restaurant is available but only room service ,overall stay is good

i had a terrible experience with this hotel, the staff doesn't pick up the phone calls, the location is also very isolated, it took me 2hrs to find the hotel, and the person who attended my call was not able to guide me the location, he was not able to explain the landmark also.

We booked a studio room for 2 days at this place. The location is quite and nice. The only problem with room was that there was no mirror in the room.
