The location is perfect, it's a beautiful property to stay. Pool is well maintained. The rooms are cute and comfortable. Room is clean n nice. Very good stay option with family and toddler. Wonderful place! great area right on the beach, beautiful views, delicious food, clean rooms and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Excellent beach resort right on the beach. Pool is well maintained, ample parking and great rooms. O laying music and songs all along and the breakfast spread is also decent. Very good stay option with family and toddlers which i did. Right on exit into market lanes so restaurants, cafes and supermarkets are very close. Thanks for the great stay

This is one of the best place to stay in goa. Everything is easily accessible from here. Morjim beach is just 2 mins of walkable distance. Service was so amazing. Hotel staff is so co-operative. There patience level is at next level. Manager best person in the staff, his service and patience level is at the next level.

If anyone needs place for relaxing must must visit this place. Real value for money when it comes to the rooms. Enjoyed the property more than goa itself.

One of the best places to stay in goa. Right on the best beach with easy access to all the good north goa spots. The staff is the friendliest. Breakfast daily is excellent with local bhajis and food is great. Stayed in the poolside cottages and they are so cozy and comfortable. Love this place.

As a regular visitor to goa at least 3 times a year, this resort was by far the best i have stayed in, location is perfect and staff are very helpful. Nice clean rooms and ac was just great. Highly reccomend. Will be back very soon.
