Mayem Lake View

I booked through MMT with discount . Stay from 12 June 2025 to 15th June 2025. Location, amenities & food very good. Hotel's Staff behavior are really very good. Only problem is Property maintenance. Door is not properly close, after closing big gap between door and floor, result, at night so many insect inside the room.

Good view of lake from room, and it was an excellent experience! The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was peaceful, making it perfect for relaxation. Negative - Many stray dogs - is the only concern.

The room and restaurant of this property are good. The restaurant especially serves quick and delicious food - both veg and non veg. The room we had stayed in had an incident involving honeybees which was duly informed to the hotel staff. Cleanliness, while acceptable, can be improved greatly. One downside was that even though they had rooms available closer to the reception area, we were still allotted a room nearly at the back of the property, which was a hassle to walk to after an entire day of sightseeing. All in all, this is an excellent property to stay for its views (it overlooks Mayem Lake), proximity to Thivim station, restaurant, and the sheer size of it.

Located next to Mayem lake, this resort has one of the amazing views in Goa. Managed by Goa Tourism. But the property has now aged well, it needs entire overhaul. Otherwise i will love to come and stay again.

Good Lake Side location. Neat & Clean Spacious Cottage rooms. Restaurant & Bar. Polite & Helpful staff.

Location and room was ok but no separate drinking water for my room, each time i need to contact room service for drinking water. And no wifi they said connect personal wifi to see any ott. I went at peak time price was bit higher.

Rooms were not at all clean and terrible with lizard and insects shit on the curtain and window doors with mold. Will not recommend having anything from their restaurant as its not at all hygienic and clean they served me rotten dal and when I complained they did agree that its smelling bad, had few other food complaints, would not recommend.

The hospitality of the staff was faultless. However, a little more hygiene and provision of basic necessities would go a long way toward making the stay excellent. The main door’s lock was not proper, in the sense that it took a lot of tries to get it to close properly. However, the food in the restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent and the portion sizes were also extensive.

Ill maintained rooms. Tv service got disconnected. Restaurant service : very bad. Served soup after main course even after repeated requests. Overall avoid may-em totally.

Ac not working in breakfast only two dishes were made they have very minimum persons to work

our stay was very good The view from property was mesmerizing. We really had a peaceful time in this property. Staff was very cooperative. overall it was a good stay.

It was clean, room with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Happy to stay

It is good for trips involving minimal stay in rooms. Rooms are minimally equipped but location is excellent.

This is the best hotel and the service is really good. Staff is very helpful, food is good, rooms are neat and clean.
