the property is not at all maintained, concern raised on safety security accessibility. had to pay hefty amount extra to upgrade to better accomodation, still service is very poor. never gonna book again

Honestly, this review is very unfair. The guest in the photo is happily eating Maggi at our place — it clearly doesn’t look like they had a bad time. During their stay, they never mentioned any issue. Instead, they behaved very inappropriately, asked for ganja, and even took away spoons from the room when they left. It’s disappointing to see such people leave false reviews after their own wrong behavior. We treat all guests with respect, but I would not recommend anyone to host them.

While checking in the owner said that there was a short circuit happened and hence he provided another cottage. But later after 1 hour we came to know that people were already staying in the villa we booked coz they gave extra money. Money minded people. Stay was good overall.

Good hotel, good location, walking distance to baga beach yet peaceful. Kudos to vinod for all support. Rooms were neat, swimming pool was also good. Overall affordable and good experience.
