This place is all things that I want. I relaxing stream, birds chipping and trees. The family is welcoming and supporting ✨️. If you are in goa and you are peace loving, then this is the perfect place for you.

Nature was awesome there but our wood-an cottage had insects (fly) at wood in our room food only nonveg awailble in swegyy and zometo. Overall ok stay

For me it was just for a night sleep before scheduled conference to mitigate the flight availability. This location shall be excellent for a traveler who has to hire his own transport

Much needed ac at the room premises. It was too hot and humid inside. The surrounding space is good and full of nature, but staying inside room is too difficult.

I aim to provide a balanced review of my recent stay. Having traveled in goa for 10 days and experiencing stays from the serene beaches of patnem & agonda to the bustling area of baga and the tranquil moira village, i spent rs on this particular property. Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing of all our accommodations. The positives: - the family managing this property was genuinely warm and accommodating. They assisted us in renting a scooter from a local family at a very reasonable rate of rs 200 for a half day. - the backyard, especially the tree house, is undeniably picturesque. Areas for improvement: - our main reason for choosing this location was its proximity to mop a airport (15 kms away, considering our early morning flight. We hoped it would be cost and time-effective. This, however, did not prove true. The remoteness of the location meant limited transport options, with most quoting a minimum of. Even the host's driver asked for the same rate. Fortunately, the goamiles app came to our rescue, offering a morning ride for a more acceptable rs 500. For context, our taxi driver mentioned the usual transfer rate from baga/calangute to mop a is 1-1. 5k. - the seclusion was intense. Dining options were non-existent, and prominent goa attractions were considerably distant, leading to costly commutes. - a significant concern was the multitude of insects in and around the accommodation. The provided mosquito net fell short in size for the queen bed, resulting in a restless night. - evening ventures felt unsafe. The desolate roads and prevalent dogs made for a treacherous experience. An unsettling incident occurred around 9pm when we decided to walk after dropping our scooter roughly 1km away. A resident had left multiple dogs (over 5) unrestrained, leading to a near-dangerous altercation. - the lack of on-site staff meant constant liaising with the hosts or trips to their residence for any requirements. - cleanliness standards could be elevated. Remnants from previous guests, such as cab o alcohol bottles and paper cups, were present. - the amenities offered didn't align with the price point. No power backup, no ac, basic toiletries were missing, and the linens emitted a vibe akin to a lower-tier hotel, raising suspicions of reuse. Concluding thoughts: this property undoubtedly possesses immense potential. With proper attention and upkeep, it could metamorphose into a delightful goan retreat.

I along with wife and daughter were stayed at moonlit stream. We reached this at 9pm at resort. This place is amid-st of greenery, however due to the same lots of insects found in room. Corcroches and lizard also found in room. My daughter not slept well fearing any insects will fall on bed, small mosquitos also there, we have provided two bedsheets initially which were very small in size, later i given blanket by care taker. We were not able to sleep 3 to 4 hours. However in morning we saw complete different view. The area was very beautiful with lush greenery and pleasant environment. There was natural stream in the property which also gives lot of satisfaction. Overall average remarks due to stay quality

It's an amazing place. The hosts were very helpful, receptive and pleasant. You'll love the stream there.

Property will look like what is reflected in pictures. Both uncle and aunty are welcoming in nature. Goan food is coconut rich, hence if you are north indian it might or might not suit your taste buds, would advise to carry some food as a backup. Rest isolation, peace, greenery is assured.

I went for a peaceful stay but ended up staying at a low maintenance place with no amenities. Seemed like no value for money. The location pin ended at the wrong place, it became very difficult to find out the place. The room was not value for money

In rainy season this place is good but summer it is to hot and no ac in the room

Cottage is located in midst of greenery, and right next to a small stream. It gives a nice feel of camping in the jungle without the risks of encountering wild animals. All nature lovers will enjoy their stay here and most importantly mars merle and her family will make the stay special with there love and affection.
