It was seamlessly completed entire process being searching, comparing, booking and payment... wonderful hospitality and hygiene rooms and surroundings... mouthwatering breakfast... enjoyed stay throughly.

Food quality is good also service is best and locations is also best for stay.

Same as shown in pictures and very neat and clean. Masala Tea was best. Loved Aloo Paratha and omelette tasty. Staff Service was also good!

I will remember the place for the 2 Parathas that I was denied to carry with me, to have them a little later. According to their 'complimentary breakfast rules' you can't carry food outside their cafe. The place is new, clean and well located (just next to the Taj at Dona Paula), but the team lacks common human sense. The Homestay: It is a stand alone building, with currently 2 apartments of 3 rooms each on the 2nd and 3rd floor. There is a family room for 4, a deluxe room, a standard room, a spacious living area and a utility-cum-kitchen area with microwave, fridge, washing machine and iron & iron board. Bathroom is spacious and provided with basic toiletries. Carry your own bodywash, if you don't use soap. There is no towel hanger and soap holder. Cafe: At the ground floor, the Paprika Cafe is an open to all cafe, it's where they serve the 'complimentary breakfast', which includes only 2 food items (choose from omlette, paratha, poha, upma) and a hot beverage (teas or coffee) served between 8 - 10am. But if you've partied till late and want to eat a little later, then you will need to 'pay' for the same 'complimentary breakfast'. And nor will they pack it for you. So, eat at their will. But, the food is good. Service: The guys there are nice, but they offer not much of service. Conclusion: Well-located, new, clean property. You can view a bit of the sea from the 3rd floor apartment. But, service needs some common human sense. Note: Currently, there is loud construction work happening in adjacent plots from 8am - 5pm.

The property does not even have a proper tv channel to provide to the guests. They can't even make a ₹200 recharge for a guest who is staying with them for a period of 15 days.

As i attended a conference at no, staying in your hotel is comfortable to move in out nio. Making my tea in the kitchen gave me homely feeling.

staff is so annoying and you need to checkout on time before 11am exactly if not then staff wil call you 100 times and they donot have cleaning staff also we had a stay of 4 days only 2 days they cleaned our room

Checkin and check out is not flexible and checkout 30 mins extra they said its chargeable
