We booked two 1 BHK apartments at Karma Royal Palms, Benaulim, Goa for a group of 8 people, expecting a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite.
Despite the attractive listing, the property did not offer even the basic amenities that were promised – no proper room service, poor hygiene, no 24/7 reception support, and rooms that were far from clean. This place is marketed as a hotel but in reality, it operates more like a neglected private property with no proper management or accountability.
We faced frequent electricity cuts, and there was no caretaker or support available when needed. The worst part was our interaction with the property owner, who not only refused to help when contacted but was intoxicated and abusive on the phone. Shockingly, he showed up at 3 AM, which was highly unsafe and inappropriate.
Adding to the nightmare, one of our rooms had disturbing and unexplained occurrences, which felt like paranormal activity. It left our group extremely scared. When we reported this instead of urgent assistance, they told us to wait 24–48 hours – which is unacceptable when guests are feeling unsafe. It was as if our safety didn't matter at all.
We reached out and the property owner for compensation due to the traumatic and unsafe experience. Instead of support, we were told we had a "fantastic stay" – which is a blatant misrepresentation of our actual experience.
If you're considering booking this place based on the polished listing – DON’T. It’s misleading, and you might end up feeling helpless, just like we did. Choose a property where guest comfort, safety, and genuine support are actually prioritized.

This are Private Apartments in KARMA ROYAL PALM RESORT.
Basically in KARMA ROYAL PALM RESORT total 170 Apartments are there, in that 40 Apartments are private.
Because of that only I mentioned Royal Palm Resort pvt apartment.
I want to tell You Mr Sagar Nagarkar, kindly don't try to give bad review like this.
Basically our service is there from Morning 9.am till 9.pm after that our staff goes in Private Apartments.
Basically in your Apartment room number 14/5 at power was went because of heavy power load.
Normally it's not happening.

Basically I stay 10km from Karma Royal palm Resort Benaulim Salcete Goa. Immediately I sorted your problems, MCB was tripped.
You all stayed Happily in both the Apartments for 3 nights. I gave you good service every day, everyday my staff gave you house keeping,...
You all enjoyed in swimming pool, games zone, etc.
