HOTEL K PLUS

Well, we entered this room at around 10 p.m. night. When we entered, the lights were dim in the room. The room walls were filthy, a lot of stains everywhere in the room. There was only one fan which was rotating at full speed. It was unworthy to even get closer to this room. We tried somehow adjusting that room, but at the end of the day, we basically were so tired, we could not think too much, but there were some type of flies even in the room. The electrical socket on the wall was broken and had a hole in it. And then I looked at the restroom. The restroom was really in a bad condition. Nothing was looking good. If you do not want to have any health hazards, you should not be thinking of this hotel ever. Cautious notes for people who want to think that this is karmic. The name and the brand is so bad that they have really made a terrible job of maintaining and even taking care of the place.

The room was below average. There are specific timings for the hot water and the facilities are not at all good. They didn’t even provide water bottles. Worst part is they charged triple the price than usual days. They charged 6k instead of 2k for one night. Worst experience.

The kplus needs to up their hygiene standards of the room.

I recently stayed at a hotel and would rate my experience as average. The room was clean and comfortable, but the service was just okay. The staff seemed a bit disorganized and the amenities were nothing special. Overall, it was a decent stay, but nothing to write home about.

No idea what is customer service, no room cleaning, every unbelievably dirty, torn mosquito mesh outside room with pigeon dirty bathroom, blankets full of bed bugs, complete horror show

I was stayed this hotel along with my group friends. I booked two rooms for five people. Ac is working good but i was faced light issue in bathroom. Overall stated was good based on this price.

Good accommodation in budget

Good veg restaurant, convenient location 700 meters from business station, value for money, ac and non ac rooms available, rooms spacious

We booked ac room due to summer. But it's not working only. There is no basic items in bathroom. There is no hot water supply.

Things are well organized and price is nominal as per the facilities.

Room is spacious, clean. Bathroom is fairly clean. Comfortable stay. Little maintenance is needed on the amenities

The hotel is extremely dirty and old. Absolutely not like the pictures. The walls are stained and looks very cheap.

We were family of four including two kids. Enjoyed the stay here. Food was good with reasonable price. Basic amenities were good.

Nice and clean rooms, but ac was not working. They have parking space as well. No restrictions. Its good.

It was a decent stay for what i paid! it suitable for stay for just sleep bath and run kind of stays

Room was descent. Food was ok. No room service. Tv wasn’t functioning, we had to continuously ask for that. Hot water is between 6am to 10am. Overall ok.

For a group of 19 people, i would give it a solid 4. 5/5 as i liked the ambience and maintenance of the place.

Price is high for non ac and expected clean room. Kitchen smell is high all time need to lock windows with fan
