my experience was average due to, 1st Rooms sealing are having spider net not cleaned. Even I asked for cleaning it was not taken care. 2nd Bath room screen to cover the glass was full of black fungus spot

Pathetic experience
View from hotel is good but Hotel itself is more of a casino than hotel. There are bookies all around. During breakfast it is so crowded. There is no privacy around swimming pool. Room was stinky and had foul smells. Linens were not hygienic. After complaining to hotel staff they could not offer us good hospitality.

property is located at outskirts however the view from the property compensate this. The property is well maintained and staff is very very helpful and kind.

Good Stay
location food and services were adequately ok. Customer oriented practices need to be improved. Hilton hospitality is usually far better. I got an upgraded room and that was good.

Excellent and amazing experience staying in double tree by Hilton, goa
Stay was excellent. Staff for very humble and friendly. Services and cleanliness is upto mark. Food was also good. View was totally amazing from the balcony.

Excellent Stay
We enjoyed the stay. We got an upgrade to river view room which was amazing. They also gave us a complimentary spa session for 15 minutes. The spa ambiance was also great. It had an infinity pool which we enjoyed. Will definitely recommend it to others.

5 Star Service Excellent Hote
Excellent stay in Hilton. Thanks for upgrading my room and special treatment they have provided as they had selected us the guest of the day. The food was excellent. Special thanks to Naphi for this special treatment. Each and every staff Room Cleaner/Liftman/Reception/Restaurant Chef and support staff was so nice and was greeting everytime. Poor Stay
The hotel.states its in panjim but its a good 6 or 7 km from panjim main city. As u booked from make my trip they do not add my points to my membership i also booked a spa no points so what the hell is happening. The rooms are very very far from.lift 428 was my room and very far the breakfast was crap and I asked for a coffee took me 45 mins to give me one

Excellent Stay
The location is amazing. There is no other property like this in this area. Property looks new only even though is isn’t. So well maintained. The pool is the best location and the breakfast was great too. The service and staff everything is excellent. You will definitely enjoy your stay. There are games and football basketball turf space as well. Rooms are spacious enough and no complaints.

Excellent stay and food
The stay was really awesome. We were greeted very warmly by the staff . We got the welcome drink and cookies just after entering the hotel . A manager was assigned to us who can assist us if anything was to be arranged by the hotel or if we had any concern . We were also greeted by fruits in the room . The view from the room was of river which was really beautiful. The food was awesome and top notch . We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel itself . There is also infinity pool . There is wellness spa also where we got foot massage and it was a really refreshing experience.The overall stay at hilton was excellent.

All the staff is very polite and supportive.also very helpful.
Property was clean and well maintained food in Comida is very tasty and have vivid range. specially the south Indian food was very good. Restaurant staff Mr Chandan, Ms alle were quite supportive. on the front desk Ms Simran, Ms Bulbul, Mr Guru and Mr Babbu were very helpful. GYM have limited space and machines but its good. Pool is clean and beautiful.
