The Hotel Never Checked me In. When I reached the Hotel was closed from Inside and even after multiple calls nobody picked-up so had to book another Hotel.

Cleanliness and food to be improved. Location is also poor.No nearby hotels or shops. Near to garbage disposal yard which looks very ugly.

it was best experience and staff are very good and helpfull, , I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room setup — from the fresh linens to the thoughtful amenities like a kettle, toiletries, and complimentary water.

Good staff and service.. Homely feeling.. especially malabar paratha and malabar chicken curry is amazing... I spend almost half of the time in swimming pool which kept me entertained....

I checked hotel midnight 12.30 Coordinating customer is very good especially the security called me around 9am sir we will lock the door you can come and call to this number I’ll open the gate. He is very much attracted me this kind of services. Alert from this hotel is good food is good location is good. We don’t get Tv at room and we have seen cockroaches in rooms.

I reach the hotel at around 9 o'clock. I meet the receptionist and show my booking details. receptionist say they don't have booking messages confirmed messages and already chennai Royal club hotels rooms all are fully filled. and they show me to the booking status was pending. and immediately I contact makemytrip team through phone call. I request them to cancel my booking and return my paid amount. he said accepting my request and returning the money within 24 hours and our team will contact you soon. Till now I don't get any calls or informations. now how this hotel experience review I done.
