bathroom I very poour and dirty room are not mentend।

I have used make my trip for many times before for hotels, holidays, sightseeing, pick up and drop. This time my experience was not at all good. Firstly, the hotel receptionist gave me a simple room. I had booked round bed super deluxe room. When I showed him the photos, he gave me another room. Again we had to shift the luggage. Also, he told me that he did not know what kind of room has been booked. This room had a round bed. But bathroom was filthy, bedsheet was torn and there were a lot of wrappers under the bed. When I asked them for a dental kit, the receptionist said that they don't provide it. At the time of checkout, I asked them to send someone to pick the luggage as we were on the second floor, the receptionist told me bluntly that there was no one available for the job and I had to bring down my luggage myself. I checked in at 9 pm on 3rd June, 2025. I wanted to check out at 6 pm on 4th June. But MakeMyTrip app specified that check out time was 12 pm, so I booked hotel for two days instead of one. I actually stayed in such a place for less than 22 hours and paid for 48 hours. I paid approx Rs 2900 and got what I mentioned above. I request MakeMyTrip not to suggest such hotels to clients and issue me a refund for this trip or else I will never use MakeMyTrip ever again.

The location is good. The geyser was leaking. Unhygienic bathroom. No intercom. Don't expect morning tea before 8 am.

Hotel service is very poor staff not so cordially and received a bad treatment being non vegetarian, hope they change their perspective towards non vegetarian guests though ll not recommend this hotel for stay

I like to appreciate your work, but i just having complain regarding case back of canceled railway ticket, which i have booked from bharuch to chandighar for the travel date of 13th feb 2025, was in waiting and last time its not confirmed, but refund were not shooing in my accont

Only Service is good by caretaker neha madam.but the location is very poor there are 80 climbs setups to reach property. Please mention this things while you describe your property to tourists. There is no coolie for pickup and drop our luggage. It’s my humble request to mmt please verify this type of property then show in your App.

Very bad experience, not proper clean, even if the food was in the duster tray telephone line not dial tone

The room was filthy, bedsheets had holes, paint was chipping from the walls, dust on the wooden fittings, towel wasn't provided initially, had to ask and wait for half an hour, the towel provided was too dirty to be used, had stains all over. There was no handwash, shampoo, toilet paper in the toilet. One of the lights in the room wasn't working.

Costing was heigh that hotel dont even deserve 100 rupees no cleaning in rooms stinkey and smelly worst hotel ever sen

I chose this as i had an early morning train to catch and it is conveniently located. Below average settings. The staff were courteous though.

Stay was average, staff need more training on how to respond to visitors, even for water to drink, you have to call several times, hot water not provided on several request

Staff not coordinate, order one coffee but they have provide only boil milk, tv not working, water not available etc
