Nice hotel ,staff behaviour good,rooms near and clean Budget friendly overr all good experience in this hotel

The room has poor ambience, no view at all, poor hygiene, the wall paper in the room is torn apart, fan was noisy, food not so good, bedsheet condition... better not ask. So overall it was a pathetic experience even for a night stay.The hotel is not fit for family

Overnight stay was good. Initially the hotel created problem in check in but with MMT assistance he gave a room after 2 hours.

Not at all good stay. Would never suggest anyone. If our stay in manali hotel is like this we would cancel our booking. Make sure the hotel is good, clean & good services

i`ve booked 2 rooms for 5 members but they are not provided extra bed or not given towels for every One, only give one towel, and Make my trip team not responding on time, very bad experience 😔 Make my trip custom care not given any help

It was a nice room with basic facilities ac was functioning so there was good cleanliness and I would recommend this hotel .

Very good property in this budget and staff behavior is very good but phone is not working so i need to go on reception for any order. Otherwise staff is good and room is very good.

No parking for the car, rooms are stinking with cigaratte smoke. Railway station is nearby. Overall average stay

The hotel was really terrible and nothing like shown in the images. The place is really shady and unsafe for women to stay. The place was full of mosquitos and really dirty bedsheets and blankets. I think you guys should compensate me for this bad stay by a refund or some form of concession.

Location of the hotel is good for travelers,Food and Service is good.Near to railway station and IT park and this is a budget friendly.For families consider other alternatives.

We tried to check in and they told us we were going to a different hotel because foreigners were not allowed. It was late at night and took us to a different hotel that smelled horrible. The bed was not clean. Rice and hair on bed. Ended up paying for a new hotel the following day. This was a horrible experience!

Stay was good as well as the rooms were clean including bathroom and the staff was cooperative . I highly recommend for budget friendly travellers
