Very Clean hotel. Maintained well with attention to details. Location is safe and not much disturbance. Reception and Room Service are very warming and professional. 24/7 available and attend to the needs. Good room Lightings and handy nearby controls. Restaurant is available with good menu and taste should meet expectation. Facilities: Good working TV with STB recharged. Powerful clean Window AC, Continuous Wifi. Small drawbacks: looks Centralized Geyser so hot water is less hot or very luke warm and available in mornings. May be my room was small so no Table and Chairs.

The Location of hotel is very good. Facilities were also good.

For one night stay, it's ok especially if you are looking for a hotel for night before boarding your train. There was no one to collect luggage, the rooms were only average in cleanliness, the walls were dirty with no ventilation or window(AC is your only option). However, the bathroom was clean and breakfast was good. Overall average stay.

I had booked a three star hotel but this hotel was not even a two star, there was no talk of a three star, nor was there hot water for the child to bathe, there was no water in the room either. Cozy rooms, but very less space, no windows. Even toiletries were also not provided in two of the rooms

Staff liked to win in arguments. Booked a room for 3 adults, when asked for 3 separate blankets, we were only given 2, and 2 of us were made to share 1 blanket. The receptionist told us that हम कंबल बीच से फाड़ कर नहीं दे सकते आपको, यही मिलेंगे'. All the 'Sir..Sir' talk was a fake display of customer respect.

Towel and bedsheet was not clean. No water heater in bathroom. No health faucet is available in bathroom

I have booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. Actually they only provide 1 room 1 towel at a time and if your stay is 1 nights or more then 1 nights they will not provide more then 1 towel during the whole stay. And geyser where also some time working some time not. Gyser takes 5-6 hours to make the water hot. And some staff were not that much friendly they were ignoring the problem. After i talk to mmt support they kind of solve the problem. These problem are not seeing that much big but this small small fight with the staff make the trip feels not good.

Hotel rooms are clean, on call food service available. The best hotel among-st the other hotel available in this area if you are looking for hotel near to chandigarh railway station. Hotel staffs are cooperative. If you want to catch train in mid night, there is no vehicle available nearby.
