food good ,room dining service late,staff good ,hidden charges in bill,food charges higher side over all good experience

Food and all facilities are good

I have been twice this place two things i personally did not liked. 1- the AC system is not good, i dont know why but the AC keeps on turning off in every 15.20 minutes. 2- the food quality is not upto the mark. it's costly and as per the cost i will give 3 out of 10. no offence but it's my honest review.

My stay at Sunday Hotel in Zirakpur was pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were well-maintained, the service was courteous, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. Thank you to the team for the warm hospitality

Location good, very good property, but with poor maintenance.The corridor carpets were wet due to water leakage from false ceilings.Breakfast spread was good, but taste was not good.Room service and other services were good.

We reached early and as expected denied early check in. There was some group in the hotel. We had MAP plan and waited for almost 30mins to get a table and then dinner plates. We requested a bottle of water in room and tap water was sent. Food items were taking 30 mins to be replenished in buffet. Morning breakfast was in ball room where nobody approached us to ask for any order from live counter or actually for anything.

Property was so clean and fun to stay

Property was very well located and food and facilities were excellent.staff was also very cooperative.i will definately like to revisit the property.looking forward for best rates and discounts.

This was my 3rd and final stay at Sunday Hotel Zirakpur. Every time the experience gets worse. The showers are badly clogged, water barely comes out, and taking a proper bath is impossible. To add to the frustration, they impose hostel-like rules—my colleague was not even allowed to visit after 8pm. When I asked the receptionist to share the GM’s number, they straight away refused, which shows how unprofessional the staff and management are. I seriously don’t understand if this is a hotel or a hostel. When a guest is paying for a room, how can the management dictate who can come to meet and at what time? Totally pathetic experience, highly unprofessional approach, and zero value for money. This was my last stay here and I strongly recommend others to avoid this property at all costs

Please looks fine from outside but there was no hygiene and room was smelly like it was close from many months

DON'T GO FOR FOOD COMBO, Me and my partner had food poisoning, the hotel staff was very nice. It is good for people that want to enjoy luxury but within a budget

There was not hand towel, slippers and shoe mint. It should be before hand once you check in to room. Secondly the Food it too too expensive like five start hotel and that to they are putting Service charges. Locality and ambiance is good but service is very bad
