The location of the hotel is very convenient for exploring the city. The food and amenities are top-class and match the best hotels in their segment. However, the service is not up to the mark. The refrigerator of our room did not work even after getting repaired by the technician. The room service could also be improved. Overall, it was a good experience, and I look forward to staying in the hotel again.

Located Ideally on the highway for easy access. But the room provided was stinking, no hot water available at night or even in the morning, washroom cleanliness is poor; found used tooth brushes in it. Hygiene and Sanitation (washroom commode was not cleaned properly) was not upto 4 star hotel standards; breakfast spread was good but the taste was average. Ideally would not recommend to others.

run be interns, very poor service on dining we ordered simple soup for my guests, every ten mjn skmekne else will come to ask to order and to deljver in ten min, it took 90min and lot of arguments Similarly we booked for a meeting room, asked for warm water found they served jn dirty unwashed kettles, many such experiences on just one night stay not at all worth it
