Poor Stay

No Towel were provided. We had to ask. Also shower was not working properly. There was cigarette smoke smell in corridors and even coming in my room

Poor Stay

Rooms did not have hot water. The sheets weren't quiet fresh. Our door wasn't getting locked, upon requesting the staff to look into it, they had no concern about it. They finally agreed to change the room upon multiple requests which shouldn't be the case.
