HOTEL HELIOS CHANDIGARH

We stayed one day and left the hotel although we booked 2 rooms for 2 nights . we tried to connect with MMT to refund this extra amount but till date no solution

It's a good property but space for improvement. When I woke up there was leakage from the wall mount, mostly looks like leakage from ac pipe which is behind the wall mount. The size of the room is fine but the space between washroom door and glass divider is very tight . It had black mould on right side of wall. The staff watched meme on loud speaker in restaurant. It's a nice property but it will work on its full potential if managed properly.

The room was clean and spacious. The room amenities were nicely done. The room also had furniture in it. The hotel price was convenient according to the quality of the room offered. The restaurant’s food was tasty and freshly made, and there were various options. The staff is helpful and attentive. The hotel has an excellent parking spot. The hotel is in a convenient location, with good access to the town centre, the sights and the shops.

Everything is very good. staff behaviour was good. cleaning was very good. overall my experience is very best than other on same lane.

The stay at this property was very pleasant and all the negativity in the reviews was totally unfounded. The staff was pleasant and helpful and food in the cafe was less oily and more palatable. Strongly recommended for your stay in tricity.

The food was excellent, and the staff were cooperative and friendly. However, we did experience a few issues with the rooms: - Mobile phone network coverage was unavailable in the rooms. - Although WiFi passwords were provided, the internet connection was not working in the rooms. Overall, the hotel has potential, but these connectivity issues need to be addressed. Best regards Vishal shah

The room was neat and clean. But there was no tissue paper in the washroom and not even given a towel. However, they provided tea, coffee and electric cattle which is commendable.

My experience at Ronta hotel, Zirakpur was the WORST experience I have ever had. First I checked in on 1st November and had to check out on 2nd as I was traveling further to Himachal Pradesh. The receptionist, Mansi(if she told her real name) was so rude and her attitude was beyond pathetic. She denied sending staff to even bring our luggage to the room. For everything we asked her response was horrible and she doesn't have the basic courtesy to even talk to senior citizens. Then I spoke to the manager on call and raised a complaint. I was assured that this shall not happen again so while returning from Himachal on 8th November, I chose to continue with my booking at Ronta. This time some bell boy was at the reception who again was so rude, made us ask him 10 times to take the luggage to our rooms. On top of that there were no towels in the rooms, bathrooms smelled pathetic, leakage all over the basins. I called at the housekeeping number but nobody picked up so I called at the Reception to ask for towels. so the same person sitting there gave me the personal numbers of housekeeping staff that you can call them, they're not picking up my calls. I mean how do you deal with such a pathetic staff. Then again I had to call the manager, who by the way is never present at the property. No wonder the staff is such a horrible one. Anyway, my suggestion - DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR STAY.

this hotel is worth only 500 rupee they don't have towels in room no clean washroom no staff food bill was added without any bigger order don't have details of food bill horrible stay third class hotel
