Hotel Pearl Wood

I have stayed at this property many times. but didnt like it this time..no cleaning was there...reception looks terrible. check in tume was at 2 pm.and they were not ready with the rooms till 2.30...sanitary was als rusted

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at Hotel Pearl Wood was so terrible that I feel it’s important to warn others because All showing in picture. From the moment I checked in, things started going wrong. The staff was unresponsive and unprofessional. The room was dirty and poorly maintained — with broken fixtures, foul smell, and unclean bedsheets. Despite repeated complaints, no action was taken. The food was tasteless and unhygienic. Room service took forever, and most of the items on the menu were “unavailable.” I couldn’t sleep well due to loud noises and disturbances at night. It was not just uncomfortable — it was mentally exhausting. I booked this place expecting at least basic hospitality, but what I got was complete negligence and disrespect for guests. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s not worth the money, peace, or health. Totally ruined my trip.

Stay is very unpleasant. Toilet flush was not working. Door lock is not working and we got stuck for some time. Very bad maintenance overall.

Fan was not working, food was terrible, washroom was not clean. Horrible stay…

Stay was very bad washroom roof is leaking. Now i am check out from hotel. You can check front your end. Room number 005

Worst experience. Small rooms without maintaince. Rooms were not ready before our check in. They served non veg instead of veg food. Also charged for the same. After request reversed the amount it was terrible experience. Person on reception is impolite non corporative and rude.

Worst experience bed sheet are in very bad condition room getting smell ewc seat cover is broken ac is not working properly breakfast not get on time

Room was clean, great service, staff was nice and hotel is located at a good location. Overall good experience.

It was an awesome and comfortable stay. Along with that i would give 10/10 for cleaning. . Food was very tasty.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

The stay was good. The mattresses are well maintained however the door knobs and extra bedding ate not maintained well. The staff are helping

I am impressed with their services though i had a small stay over there. They supplied each n every thing which i asked for. Had my complementary breakfast which was too good, and more then sufficient. Food was very tasty.

Washroom was not clean. There was leakage in my room. I never recommend this app and hotel pearlwood to anyone

Stay is good but the food quality they serve is very poor

The rooms were not how they were in the photos. There was a lot of noise during the night and sleeping was a trouble.

Prime location, lips smacking cuisines, great interior and well maintained also very spacious and excellent staff support

Hotel property is at very good location if any one visiting tricity go for it without any hesitation food quality excellent rooms are upto mark roof top restaurant is just amazing 5 star rating
