Beds and linens were very old. For a simple towel you need to call reception 5-6 times. Bathrooms fittings were not that clean

front office team not trained, pathetic washroom, drainage worst, bathroom furnishings need improvement, bad linen

No basic items not available in the room like towel and dental kit. After request they have given these items. in bath area bottles provided for shower gel and shampoo are empty and soap bar was kept there.

got checkin at 5pm terrible bed sheets no comb,no toothpaste was there food was also not good.

It was a very pleasant stay. Room was very neat and clean. Location was also good. Very polite staff.

Shady hotel with zero attention to hospitality. First the lobby is congested with close to no space for waiting. Not a family hotel. In room there were no towel, no dental or sanitation. Someone entered our room with another key with us being in room so not a safe hotel for women travellers. When asked they laughed it off.

Pathetic service. Lack of basic amenities, dirty rooms. Not value for money. Better hotels are available at similar prices

I recently stayed at Ginger, Chandigarh and my experience was very disappointing. I waited for almost 1 hour for the late check in process at 5:00 PM. In the evening I went outside the hotel and when I came back my room door was open. I immediately called the hotel reception and talked about the issue. And they found it very casual. Later on I got to know that their staff has cleared my room. But it was not good.. without my permission how your staff would enter my room in my absence. But fortunately my belongings were safe.

Rooms were very bad and stinking. I shorten my trip due to bad room. No ventilation there was a smell of dampness.

it was a good experience to stay in hotel Ginger . Room and bathroom are well cleaned and hygiene. Morning breakfast having multiple dishes for Gym freak or normal person.

Room essentials were not there at the time of check in. Staff did not informed about the lift key. Tv was not working. No proper menu for restaurant.

I love the property and I am used to go there but this time the room they given me was not clean. Someone just left the room and immediately they given me that. Which supposed to be not happen. Then after calling 3-4 times they came and changed the room. And towels were missing in room. For that also I called multiple of times.
