I had booked this hotelbut the experience was extremely disappointing. As soon as I arrived, I noticed that the person at the reception was intoxicated. He told me that my online booking was not showing in their system and asked me to pay I refused, and because of this issue, I had to face a lot of inconvenience. I had travelled 20 km to reach the hotel, and such unprofessional behaviour created an unnecessary scene, especially when I was with my wife. This experience was very upsetting, and I do not recommend this property to anyone.

Worst experience. Don't fall for what is given in the pictures. it's nothing like that. 1. They don't have any amenities as mentioned. No common room, No swimming pool..etc. 2. Bathroom was stinking badly. and there even wasn't any exhaust. They don't event provide soap and basic necessity stuffs. Definitely Not worth staying here

Beautiful interiors, super clean rooms, and amazing hospitality. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the food is delicious. Perfect for a peaceful and luxurious getaway. Highly recommended!

The location was good but the balcony was not as mentioned in the pics. I had chosen the best antique room but the balcony was not even a feet wide. one could hardly stand and the whole balcony was closed with long steel wall. Was highly disappointed.

Initially, I was informed that early check-in was not possible within two hours of my arrival. However, after clarifying my limited duration of stay, I was offered a standby room, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, the situation took a turn when I began receiving frequent calls from your staff requesting my exact departure time and insisting that I leave the room promptly. I was surprised by this insistence, as my reservation was for a full 24 hours, and it is my prerogative to utilize the room for that duration. The request to vacate the room early, especially under the circumstances, seems inconsistent with standard hospitality practices. It’s unclear why a guest who has already checked in would be asked to relocate simply because they are maximizing their paid stay. This experience has left me feeling that there may be a lack of organization within your management team, which is not the level of professionalism I expected from your establishment. I believe clear communication and consideration for guests’ rights to their reserved accommodations are essential for providing excellent service. I hope you will take my feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.

The room is comfy and hygienic. The decor is really nice and also provides a splendid view of the city. The staff is cooperative and the deal was value for money.

Good stay, proactive staff, the owner was himself available for all small things. Bed quality was good and linen was clean, as it is on 13th floor the view were also good

The location was perfect with car park space in the basement along with 24x7 guards. the room is nicely designed, good taste and a friendly host. The tariff was quite pocket friendly. the attendants were also well behaved. the food was not available, some tiffin service can be arranged.

I found this location through MMT, the location is on the highway, morning breakfast was not good with bad tea and alu prantha was ok . Quilt was torn and curtain was dirty

The property asked us to check out at 7 AM whereas the usual check out time is 11 AM.
