Initially, I was informed that early check-in was not possible within two hours of my arrival. However, after clarifying my limited duration of stay, I was offered a standby room, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, the situation took a turn when I began receiving frequent calls from your staff requesting my exact departure time and insisting that I leave the room promptly. I was surprised by this insistence, as my reservation was for a full 24 hours, and it is my prerogative to utilize the room for that duration.
The request to vacate the room early, especially under the circumstances, seems inconsistent with standard hospitality practices. It’s unclear why a guest who has already checked in would be asked to relocate simply because they are maximizing their paid stay.
This experience has left me feeling that there may be a lack of organization within your management team, which is not the level of professionalism I expected from your establishment. I believe clear communication and consideration for guests’ rights to their reserved accommodations are essential for providing excellent service.
I hope you will take my feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.
