familyBooked 3 rooms for family. Hotel location is not good. Route is very narrow. No rooom service will there. If travel-ling with kids please avoid. No hot water. No food in night time. No lift and no service boyso we need carry our laguage to to third floor. No heater in the the room. No kettle and toiletries. Staff is rude and not helpful at all
