The hotel is under construction. So it is sometimes too messy. They should consider lowering the price until the work is complete to compensate the inconvenience

Lift is under construction so you have to go to floors by stairs.. Food is expensive.

The property is located in a prime location with Chandigarh’s largest mall at walkable distance. The food quality is good . But the spread for breakfast is not good. The rooms are not clean. The renovation work was going on and hence no lift. Only service lift through debris. Ragunathan

Unprofessional Behavior: Encountered rudeness from the front desk manager. Booking Issues: Reservation accepted despite ongoing construction. Service Shortcomings: Inclusive breakfast not provided. Lack of Assistance: No help offered when baggage-handling lift was out of order. Denied Request: Basic request for water at the front desk was declined. Lack of Courtesy: No courtesy extended, which is expected in the hospitality industry.

Room was dirty and stinking. our room was at 3rd floor and lift wasn't working. Not recommended at this price. It was like rs 800/- room. We got it

poor staff service room old or damage conditions my first experience in Rajshree too much bad. Lift not working suffer 2 days. room at 6 th floor without lift I can't explain.

This is horrible property, The hotel rooms are very bad, the washrooms are not proper, the taps don't work properly, the furniture looks very old, iron nails are falling out of the chair, the fridge doesn't work, there is only one charging point, there is a central AC but it doesn't work, there are no cosmetics in the washroom, even after ordering they take a long time, house keeping does not listen, I have to call a couple of times, and there is no variety in breakfast and tasteless also not suggested to anyone

Was on a overnight stay, with my wife, enroute Manali. Had to change room thrice due to lift and A/C issues. Because of lift and A/C issues my room was changed thrice.

Location was good but food quality is not good, room service is also poor as per price of the room quality was not even reception staff behaviour is not talking rudely. But night shift reception staff behaviour is good . I have call to house keeping staff kindly provide a bath kit but still not after several reminder even shower gell also empty in washroom. Tea Kateel also not working.

Full night no electricity in the room... smelly matters and pillow. Horrible experience. Vacated property at 05:00am
