It's a basic hotel with very small room. Food prices do not justify the hotel standard. Breakfast spread is average. Bedding is not comfortable. Linen is not clean.

All is good but I booking my meal with room . I’m booking policy says I can take any 2 meals but hotel staff forced me to take any 1 from lunch and dinner and 2nd will be only breakfast. During check-in, I was allocated a room that had issues with the bathroom drain system, and even the refrigerator was not working. I immediately raised this concern with the front office team; however, they did not take any action on the same day, citing that the property was fully occupied. At the time of check-in, their executive initially mentioned a few available room numbers but later informed me that no rooms were available. The room was changed only the next day. Despite my booking being made 5–6 days in advance, it appears no effort was made to block a suitable room beforehand. Additionally, the dinner buffet was quite disappointing — the options were very limited, and the food quality and taste were below expectations. Overall, the experience did not match the standards

Had a wonderful stay at Mango Grove Hotel. The location was convenient, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. . Very bad blanket very bad toilets The staff is not cooperative blankets are all dirty beds are not clean. Bathrooms are very dirty. Water is locked in pots.
