In a good location, helpful staffs, nice food & good ambience. Reached at odd hours but check-in was completed smoothly. Very good meal options, buffet breakfast had good options. For the tizzy traveller there is decent bar and was told the rates are very affordable.

Property was cleaned and nice and the staff was very humble and it is nearby to the Punjab and Haryana High Court

I booked Hotel Mango Groove in Chandigarh through MMT for 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 10 and 12), and was charged for 4 adults — which would have been fine if the hotel had actually provided accommodation accordingly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Despite selecting a room with 2 twin beds, we were given a room with just one double bed and were told we had to “manage somehow” with all four of us sharing it. There was no extra mattress provided, and the staff simply refused to help when we raised the issue. The service was okay, but the hotel management is extremely poor and not at all customer-centric. When we escalated the issue to MMT, the hotel didn’t even bother to respond to them, leaving us completely stuck and disappointed. Overall, this was a highly unsatisfactory stay. The way they handled the situation was unprofessional and dismissive. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially for families or anyone expecting even basic hospitality standards.

Overall decent place to stay. Nice clean rooms, decent food. Location is a bit out of the way from the city proper but it is quite close to the railway station.

I am regular client of Mango grooves and stayed almost 6-7 times since Feb but as a complimentary service hotel don't even offer the Dinner or Laundary services as complimentary,while I stay in different hotels in Jalandhar Jammu, Patiala , Amritsar, every hotel offer these 2 services ( Dinner + Laundry )complimentary to their regular customers

The washroom exhaust not working Bed side lamp - broken Bathroom light - not working Room size - claustrophobic- as there was zero ventilation Bed size too small Was feeling breathless for most of the time

I booked a room with City view however all I got in the name of city view is the backyard of a car service center.

stay is wonderful and location is very prominent.room is good but bit smaller in size else everything is great.food is tasty and healthy cooked there. would again like to stay in the hotel again highly recommended place.

good green location of city, parking, amenities etc all much better than many hotels in chandigarh

had a terrible experience at mongo groove hotel. the service was subpar - we asked for water and it took them an hour to bring it. they overcharged for breakfast and to top it off, there was a hair in the food. we showed it to the staff and they just brushed it off. after checkout, they kept calling us demanding extra charges for allegedly dirtying the bed sheet and towel. what a nightmare! paying and still being asked for more. overall, a very bad experience.
