I stayed here for 3 nights in room numbers 215 and 216. The overall experience was pleasant. The location of the hotel is beautiful and offbeat, you can enjoy a lovely view of Tikkar Taal Lake right from the balcony rooms. Parking space is also quite good and convenient. In the restaurant, Bunty Ji and Aman took great care of our needs, really appreciate their hospitality. The food quality and taste were excellent, though the pricing is slightly on the higher side. Rooms and washrooms are on the smaller side, especially the balconies. The staff is quick, polite, and always ready to help. One thing the hotel should improve is the power backup system, this area has frequent electricity issues, so an automatic generator start feature would really help. Also, the TV and overall entertainment system need an upgrade; we had to call someone every time to get the TV working. Overall, a peaceful stay with great food and service, just a few upgrades needed to make it perfect.

Hotel location is beautiful. Service and food is excellent Only one drawback is there that their is no shower curtain in washroom. When a person takes bath, whole bathroom gets wet. Any body can slip on that. so a shower curtain must be put.

familyThe staff service is really good. They are very polite, prompt and friendly. Executive rooms with the balcony have a very pretty view although slightly larger rooms could have been better. The washrooms and utilities are nice but a more thorough cleaning and maintenance of the pot can make it impeccable. There is a decent parking area but perhaps a person to moderate the area apart from just writing down car numbers can be helpful. Overall a lovely stay for a night.
