Good Room but Poor Lighting & Extra Charges

We stayed for two days and nights. Arrived 4 hours early for check-in, but were charged extra (even after requesting to reduce it to). The room matched the images online, but had several issues. One window opened to an outside view (someoneās house) with a curtain that couldnāt block sunlight, making the room bright all day. Another window with blurry glass opened to the lobby, and at night lobby lights kept entering the room. Reception said they couldnāt fix it. Hanging lights were decorative but not functional. The Smart TV hung frequently due to low memory. Overall, cleanliness and basic amenities were good, but lighting issues affected our comfort.
