I feel the hotel is not at all hygienic, in the bathroom there is some bad smell coming, even bedsheets are completely with strains, nothing is good at this hotel. this the worst hotel I ever experienced.

Poor Stay
The rooms were very dirty and damp. The food was okay. Wouldn't recommend the stay.

Location was fine, but room is old. Washroom is poor, ceilings of the washroom are broken and very small. Also the bedsheets was torn, towels provided were torn etc. but the property was clean.

Poor Stay
Food quality is average and very limited quantity. The price is 100% high compared to cleanliness, comfort. Seems the hotel is very old, no lift, less privacy because the windows are not properly covered with glasses, curtains. Positive thing is People working there have good behaviour.

Nice Hotel with reasonable budget
It was a good and enjoyable experience. hotel located near bus stand it makes other things easliy accessible. Hotel staff was very helpful in nature.

Excellent Stay
We enjoyed the stay, the hotel is near to Bus stand, Madikere fort and Raja seat. As mentioned they provided breakfast though it included different menu. And they provided facilities such as hot water, wifi, room services, more cupboards to keep our things, spacious and so on. We would recommend this hotel as they charge with reasonable price with the facilities.

Staff have to be more cooperative
some staffs are not well mannered. Food was good. Behaviour has to be perfect and they should cooperate.

I had a great experience—the hotel was clean, the staff was professional, and the stay was excellent value for money. I truly appreciate the quality and attention to detail. However, I faced two concerns during my stay. First, the cancellation policy felt a bit rigid, which could be improved for better guest flexibility. Second, I noticed that the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, which affected ventilation. Adding one would greatly enhance the comfort of the stay.
