Room not well maintained. Moisture in the room

Very bad experience in hotel la gowri, there is no hygiene in hotel. So many time power cut off at night .we booked for 2 night .because of this power and hygiene problem we left hotel in 1 night . Very bad experience in this hotel . I’ll never recommend anyone

Water Supply was restricted to 2 litres daily basis, if you want more, then you have to pay for it. I asked the receptionist, they said if you want then you can fill up from the filter, and that too they were not ready to fill it. No hot water in the Geyser. No hand towels.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms were big enough with all the amenities. The bathroom was clean.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and just like shown in the pictures. Bike and scooty rental is available right outside, which is convenient. Location was decent, though there was no scenic view from my room like you usually get at hill stations. Food quality was good.

Food was good. Rooms are not worth the money they take. Location is good nearby Raja seat Staff was really helpful

A very nice hotel in heart of the city and accessible for shopping, restaurants etc. view from our 4th floor was very good. Breakfast had a good spread and decent. Good responsive support staff, though they do better on keeping rooms ready beforehand with water,towels etc. overall value for money

Food was delicious , stuff very friendly , clean room and bed & linen etc were both clean and comfortable. However the room is crampy and suitable for a solo traveller at best and room has no view, the single window opens to the next building roof .

The stay there on 8th and 9th May 2025 was pleasant, food was not so good but staff was courteous.

Hotel was good but room service was late . We were there for 4 days. We asked them for room cleaning in morning and when we back to hotel from sightseeing in afternoon still cleaning was not done we have to wait to reception. We check out 13 May early morning 6am and we already informed them. They said there will be some person in reception or else you can ring the bell someone will come. I was there for 10-15 mins and the ring the bell several times but no one come. My husband opened the main entrance gate.

Deluxe AC Everything was good . Hospitality was good . The staff is cooperative. pros: - Location is very close to bus station - Very happening place and view was pleasent - Cooperative staff Cons - Food should have been a little better - But very close to all major restaurants

property is terrible, the staff at reception is very rude. Room sucks. the view from room is terrible you cannot see anything from room. if asked to change the room, they behaved very badly. food also sucks here , very oily . my stomach gone bad after having the food.

We stayed with our family for three nights. Hotel rooms were neat and clean. Car parking is available. Complementary Breakfast was good. Location is middle of the city where you can move around freely for shopping. Overall it's worth for the money.

Overall the experience was really good.Hotel staff special subyojit was very professional and nice ,he used to make sure everyone is getting what they need during breakfast

I had a pleasurable stay at la gowri with my family and friends. Breakfast was average, restaurant service poor. Property location was ok but small parking area, indoor games and kids play area nothing in this hotel overall experience is good

The stay was good and room maintenance is okay but we didn't get more amenities like hair dryer, tissues etc, and there is no regular food services for lunch and dinner only we can get food by ordering priorly 1hr or 1. 30hr but still it is nice stay

Stay was ok. But itsnot worth for that i paid for three days stay. Room service we have to inform, then only if will be done, water-bottle we have ask then only it will be provided. It seems like we have to inform call reception and inform every-time that room service needs to be done. Also in picture the room i saw was much spacious, but the room that i got wasso much con-jested. But i must say staff was all good, good service they provided

Room wall got damped, bedsheets were not clean, window find broken. A net was installed in place of window through which cold breeze coming through causes distribution in sleep.
