It was a awesome experience with coorg. Location of stay was good and owner is friendly and helpful. She has provided all the information which was necessary for visiting to various places. Its near to the raja seat and mayur valley restaurant. If you are looking for budget and location, this is the one of thev best home stay in coorg. I would recommend thus honestly for future visitors.

I travel-led with my cousins to coorg. Being a first time visitor i was worried about the place i was going to stay at. But all my worries went away when i reached prem kuteer. It was a home away from home. Mamatha ma'am's polite behaviour and helpful nature made the stay even more comfortable. We booked a couple room by mistake which was for 2 adults and 1 child, but the owner upgraded our room without any extra cost so the 3 of us could stay properly. The dogs on property are very friendly and playful. Mamatha ma'am helped us all along our stay there, be it about visiting spots or renting cabs and autos. If you are going to madikeri, prem kuteer should be on the top your list for places to stay. I would love to stay there again if i visit back.

Good place. City view from room is good. Owner also very good. Near to old ksrtc bus stand. Excellent place.

I traveled with my family, and the stay was really awesome. Mamatha was really helpful and keen to provide service at any time. The rooms were very clean and felt like home. I've been to coorg multiple times and stayed in multiple homestays but so far this is the best homestay i stayed in. Easy to access, awesome view from the balcony, very clean room, bed and washroom and close to many touristic destinations and restaurants. Mamatha is a wonderful and very helpful host.

The ambience of the homestay is just mesmerizing. The owner of the homestay is very hospitable. She takes care of every minute needs of her guests. I would definitely recommend all those who want to have a homely place to live-in a tourist place like coorg.

A very good stay. We went there with family and mamta ji was helpful. She was very polite and was kind enough to offer milk for my kid at a time when we could not find any milk outside for my kid as we arrived late. She also arranged for a sunrise trip to mandalpati and she also guided us to places where we would have a good time with the kids. The stay is on stuart hill, close to raja's seat and swiggy delivery was also available (restaurant is packed during peak season hence better to order. The stay also has car parking for a couple of cars and a couple of the rooms have nice views from the windows.

Location of the home stay was nice, stay was great & care taker was very supportive nature & good hospitality

As per given details during booking, geyser and refrigerator will be available. But it was not available. No hot water for bath. Bed linen was dirty. No proper light in bedroom. No housekeeping on daily basis. Location was not accurate as given on mmt page. Newspaper also not available in morning. Dogs are roaming around in common area. Overall a very bad experience we had during this stay. I want my refund.

people who like to stay like home, this is the perfect place. Owners them self taking care of stay. Two dog pets are there one of them it's so cute and drama queen.

Homestay hospitality is very pleasant. It's nearby raja seat view point and to avoid parking it can be reached by walk. City view from balcony is superb. Food served is tastier than food from restaurants available in madikeri. Host mars mamathaji is very helpful and advised us in planning the tour. She arranged jeep for reaching tourist spots at reasonable price. I recommend visitors to reserve your stay at prem kuteer and enjoy.
